Hermosa ubicación frente al Golfo en Orange Beach

Situado en el centro de Orange Beach. ¡Una vez que llegue no necesita conducir más! Camina hasta los supermercados, restaurantes y tiendas justo al otro lado de la calle. Recientemente actualizado, bellamente decorado, condominio para no fumadores tiene todas las comodidades para sus vacaciones relajantes. Fantásticas vistas despejadas al frente del Golfo desde el estudio, comedor, cocina, balcón y cama king size en el dormitorio principal. Por la noche, recuéstate en tu cama y deja que las olas te adormezcan. Muy común ver delfines desde el balcón por la mañana, preparar una taza de café y observar los botes mientras salen del puerto para ir a pescar. Cuando estés listo para la playa, no puedes quedarte más cerca de la playa que The Breakers. Gran lugar para ver tus películas y juegos de pelota favoritos en esos días lluviosos. La sala de estar y la habitación principal están equipadas con televisores inteligentes nuevos. Perfecto para ver películas en tus cuentas de Netflix o Hulu. El televisor de la habitación frontal tiene un reproductor de DVD incorporado si desea alquilar una película al otro lado de la calle. Un poco de frío en el aire no hay problema, solo golpea el control remoto y enciende la chimenea eléctrica.

We loved this condo! Very clean and update. Parking was a concern when you pull in late at night and there is no place to park. The overflow parking information was not user friendly. Other than the parking we loved this condo and would consider staying again!

We had a great time. The condo was perfect except I had to go buy a new skillet. The ones in condo are old and everything sticks to them. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing condo!!!

This condo is everything it said it was in the listing and the location was absolutely perfect being across from the Walmart being spring break, we thought we might have parking issues, but we found a spot every day and we left every day at different times not sure about other times of the year. Had great text communication with the owner when we had a question. Would absolutely stay here again.

Everything about this property is perfect-the location, the views, the insanely easy access to the beach, the cleanliness of the condo, the layout of the condo. We couldn’t ask for anything better. Another Fantastic Stay!

Tom’s condo once again exceeded expectations! This was our second year in a row booking his condo and it was fantastic. The sunrise/sunset views are unbeatable. He is always easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Condo was very clean and I love how close it is to many things! We utilized the pool after sunset and when the ocean wasn’t favorable and enjoyed it very much. Looking forward to next year!

Excellent and easy stay at Orange Beach

This condo was a great fit for our family of 5 and it could have held a few more! The entire unit was the cleanest we’ve ever checked into, despite the typical condo rental mustiness but that was an easy fix with fresh air. All the beds and baths were spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The style was really lovely, not your typical blue and white beachy vibes, had some great character which helped with the cozy feel. Lots of fun art and color! We weren’t cooking a lot so it didn’t affect us much but we didn’t find the kitchen as well stocked as other reviews had mentioned. What was there was mostly run down and the plates were melamine so they couldn’t go in the lower dishwasher shelf where they fit best. The condition of the supplies was somewhat expected given it being end of season, utensils don’t match, handles on pots loose etc. The appliances were all in excellent condition and working order albeit the washer and dryer tricky to figure out. The washer door had to be shut just right for it to turn on. The living room fan doesn’t work, a bummer for us but maybe not others. Would absolutely return to this condo, elevators were easy, provided chairs were a great help, patio furniture super comfortable and very easy owners/rentals to work with!

Fun afamily Vacation

This beautiful condo was perfect for our family. There was more than enough room for two couples and two children. The kitchen was stocked plenty of dishes, pots, and pans. The pool area was nice. The zero entry was great for small children entering the water. The only negative that we encountered was limited parking at the complex. There was a public paid parking lot about a 5 minute walk away that was $25 per day. Communication with the owner was quick.

Really enjoyed the condo and the location. Always good to get away with the family. Weather didn't cooperate very well, and couldn't get in the ocean much, but sure enjoyed the beach and pools. Ate at some great restaurants (Doc's, GT's, Tacky Jacks, Mile Marker 158), played some golf at Cotton Creek, and always enjoy Pirates Island and The Track. Gulf Shores/Orange Beach is my favorite place, been going there every summer for over 50 years, since I was a little kid. Parking at the Condo was an issue, but we managed.

Lovely, comfortable, roomy condo

This was our first time in this condo and it was a good experience. It is clean, nicely furnished, and has a beautiful view. We had no problems with appliances, water, or air conditioning. Bedrooms were big enough to place a pack-n-play if you need one, although it might be tight in the one that already has bunk beds and a full bed. The unit has a storage room with a couple of beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys. Beach service is available (currently at $45/set/day). People tend to place their individual chairs in front of the beach service sets, so you might want to take the condo chairs down to get an unobstructed view. We were there on a holiday weekend, so that might explain all of the personal chairs. As mentioned in other reviews, parking can be tight. We found no parking spots after returning from dinner, so you might want to eat in during high season. Communication was good.

Perfect location, beautiful condo amd beach

This was the perfect place for us to stay! It was clean, and had a perfect view of the Gulf. It was within close walking distance to the restaurant along the beach as well as right across from a grocery store and Wal-Mart and lots other shops for what you may need. The pool was never too busy or crowded and very clean! I looked through MANY different condos and we were both very happy we chose this one! It was just two of us, but its got plenty of rooms/bathrooms for a family of 6-8 people. Yvonne was very responsive and helpful. If we come back, we will definitely be staying here again!

Spring Break family style

My husband and 3 kids had an absolute blast! The location was PERFECT! We walked most everywhere! The condo was so big and perfect for us…everyone had their own space and it was exactly as the listing said it was. Very clean and nicely decorated. The beach a was beautiful! We walked it every morning and spent hours each day on the white sand. The kids swam in both the indoor and outdoor pool. Pools are kind of small but we preferred the beach anyway. We celebrated our son’s 10th birthday while there so we went to Adventure Island and the kids really enjoyed that. We didn’t find a restaurant that we LOVED, but had decent food each night. Would definitely recommend this location and would love to come back! Thanks Tom and Yvonne!

Where to start? We have a 5 hour drive to the beach and wanted somewhere we didn't have to drive once we got there. This is the place, hang up the keys and enjoy, there is a Walmart, Rouses Groceries and over 10 restaurants right across the street. However piece and quiet can be found from the private balcony with direct views of the gulf. The wide living room and Master also have amazing direct views of the Gulf. Zero entry pool a must with little ones and the indoor pool is a must on those rainy days. We really like the indoor pool with a view of the gulf and large sliders that open up to the outside pool. You can sit and watch kids in both pools at the same time. With the indoor pool slide glass open it feels more like an outdoor pool just without the sun. The pickleball courts are really fun for people of all ages. This is always a hit with our family and friends when we get together at the Enclave. Finally the beach, with only 69 units and both building on either side being lower density buildings the beach is never overly busy.

Close to everything, great view, close the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball courts...what else could you ask for!
