Thanks for staying with us and for the nice words. We are however a bit surprised about the review. With regard to the pictures of the house, several reviews state "exactly as advertised", two of them can be read just below. We take great care of keeping our house in top condition always. Same rules for the backyard and the location at the inland lagoon, guests often wright how nice it is to be in the backyard. We unfortunately also don't understand the comment about the fact the house of our lovely neighbor across the canal "needs help". We never had such a comment and have no idea what it means. We always try our best to keep everything in the best possible condition and make everything as comfortable as possible for our guests. Due to this, we have over a hundred reviews and 98% are 10/10. A 6/10 review we never had and in our opinion doesn't match the level of our quality and services. Unfortunately it seems is impossible to satisfy everyone.
