Pool or spa heating is available for $45/day. Please note that heating is weather-dependent. During colder temperatures (below ~70°F), the heater can be turned on, but the pool may only reach the mid- to upper-70s or low-80s and may not reach the 80s or 90°. Heating fees are non-refundable once activated. Thank you so much for your understanding!

The garbage is collected twice a week. For your comfort and convenience, we’ve arranged for a professional waste collection company to handle one of these days. They will take the bins out on Monday and return them the following day, ensuring everything remains clean and tidy.
According to your check-out instructions and the house manual, for the second collection day, we kindly ask that you place the bin out on the curb and bring it back in once it has been emptied. Thank you very much for your cooperation!

Lovely stay. Home was exactly as listed in a quiet but central neighborhood. Lots of space, fully stocked kitchen and very clean all around. Highly recommend.

House is exactly as advertised and very homie. Probably the most equipped home we’ve ever rented for vacation. All the little things you need such as batteries for remotes, wine bottle stoppers, plenty of blankets in the living area, etc….

5 Stars for the property. The 4 is due to slow response from the host. About the house: the property is as advertised!! Beautiful and well laid out - tons of space Comfy beds & couches Easy parking & driveway Great location Incredible backyard & pool. We stayed in early May - the pool did not need to be heated. Perfectly warm. Luxurious bathrooms Plenty of towels & throw blankets. Easy access in/out. More of fyi, didn't bother us:* Window coverings that do not face the front of the house are sheer. In the morning it can be bright. If you don't like seeing out at night - could bother you. The front window coverings are not sheer. * Only one manual fan. Not a big deal unless you want a fan on you in each bedroom.* Unsure if pool was cleaned prior to the visit. We cleaned significant debris (not stormy before we checked in) and it stayed reasonably clean the whole time. Again, they probably have someone clean it once a week and we missed the schedule. As a frequent traveler who stays in many hotels/rentals, I’d stay again only if BNR Properties improved communication during the weekend. We had a major climate control issue, they were slow to respond. I messaged at 8am but heard nothing until 4pm after writing again. Midday, we tried the manual’s contact number and it gave an auto-reply stating the host was on vacation and to use the app—frustrating loop since I was already using the app. Hosts must monitor the app or have a backup person monitor.

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und die Aufteilung der Räume war sehr gut.Allerdings war das Geschirr zum Teil verschmutzt und auch die Bettwäsche war nicht sauber.( Wir mussten erst alles reinigen bzw. waschen bevor wir es benutzen konnten)Die Ausstattung der Küche und der anderen Räume war gut durchdacht.Allerdings gab es in den 2 großen Schlafzimmer keine Jalousien, die wären aber angebracht gewesen, damit man nicht beim ersten Tageslicht geweckt wird, oder aber der Poolboy läuft am Zimmer vorbei und kann dir beim Schlafen zuschauen. Dieses Manko könnte man schnell beheben.Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war gut, uns wurde immer rasch geantwortet.Der Pool und der Aussenbereich ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet, man fühlt sich sehr wohl.Alles in allem, kann man dieses Haus weiterempfehlen, man sollte allerdings wie am Anfang schon gesagt, die Sauberkeit im Auge behalten
