Silverlake is a luxury private estate nestled in an extensive nature reserve, near to the coast in West Dorset. Opportunity for adventure abounds with water sports, a private beach, cycling trails, woodland walks, tennis, table tennis and forest playgrounds available on site.

All our properties here at Silverlake, Dorset have strict rules to ensure a family friendly atmosphere. Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. Stag and Hen parties are strictly not allowed at any of our properties, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you break the estate rules.

Maple House is located in the settled and peaceful Beaumont Village and offers a bright and spacious open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with dual aspect slide away patio doors providing beautiful views over the lake to the trees and woodland beyond. This property comfortably accommodates eight people, to dine, relax or pull up a chair on the decking whilst firing up the BBQ. The property sleeps 8 (max 7 adults and 1 child owing to the bedroom configurations).

The kitchen is well equipped with ample work surfaces over expertly designed and laid out storage cupboards and drawers. A work station island offers further work space and a link to the dining area. With a built in oven and microwave complemented by an induction hob and toaster you can rustle up all the food the family crave. The dishwasher takes the strain when it comes to clearing up giving you maximum time to soak up the atmosphere. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and inset stainless steel sink unit.

There is a double bedroom located on the ground floor with a shower room opposite. A further three bedrooms are located on the first floor all accessed from the gallery landing. These comprise a super-king master bedroom with en-suite shower room and a further two bedrooms; one having two single beds and the third room having a set of bunk beds (top bunk suitable for a child only). These are both served by a bathroom with shower fitted over.

Access to the activity equipment is included with this property offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability.
