A brand new, pretty coastal themed property that sleeps 10 and includes a hot tub. This property has been designed with wheelchair users in mind and includes a ground floor accessible bathroom.
Dawn Lighthouse is a pretty, coastal themed cottage that sleeps up to 8 adults and 2 children in five bedrooms (a pull out trundle bed is available for an additional child to sleep). A large first floor balcony together with an extensive ground floor deck complete with a hot tub, outdoor shower and barbeque makes this property just as perfect for alfresco living as it is for enjoying cosy nights in around the fire.
The property is easily accessible with sloped access from the driveway to the rear of the property and a ground floor bedroom and wet room.
As we take pride in prepping the hot tub for each guest stay the water may not be up to temperature by the time you arrive on site, but rest assured, that the water will be blissfully warm and enjoyable for your second night with us.
Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties nearby that are undergoing construction in various phases. The prices for this property reflect this and bookings for this property are made on the understanding that you will be able to see and hear construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300 on Saturdays. Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. All photographs and property descriptions are correct at the time of being added to the property listing, the nature of the Estate means the construction level around this property is ever changing, so for the most up to date information regarding construction, please reach out to a member of our booking team at stay@habitatescapes.com. Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises.

Nestled in the heart of rural Dorset, Silverlake is just 2.5 hours from London and 10 minutes from the coast. Our luxury lakeside holidays are the perfect getaway for a family escape, romantic break, dash from the city or group get-together.
Expect award-winning architecture, tranquil lakes, acres of rolling countryside and endless activities ensuring you return home refreshed and revived.
Silverlake is a great base with plenty of on-site facilities and places to visit nearby. On-site we have watersports, a private beach, tennis, table tennis and forest playgrounds.
Estate Rules:
1. Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests.
2. Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
3. Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate
House Rules
1. All our properties are non-smoking.
2. Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
3. Please utilise the parking spaces provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.

The ground floor accommodation comprises a coastal blue themed open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, with access to a large outdoor deck, garden and hot tub through floor to ceiling patio doors. The dining section includes a table that seats up to 8 people.
The comfortable living area includes two large 3 seater sofas, two easy chairs and boasts a contemporary bio-ethanol fire and Smart TV.
Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom and a wheelchair accessible shower room.
On the first floor are two superking bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and luxury ensuite shower rooms. These bedrooms both open out onto the extra large rear balcony which has two chairs for enjoying the morning sun. There are also two bunk rooms on the first floor, one of which includes a pull out trundle bed for guest sleepovers and there is a family bathroom with bath.
Outside there is a large wooden deck with dining for up to 12 people, a hot tub and an outdoor shower. A fenced garden completes the outside.
On the drive is an EV charging point which is available to guests to use for overnight charging of their vehicle.
