Beautiful and spacious Villa Salambati with pool and garden is located in a small same-named village called Salambati, near Kanfanar. This villa combines modern luxury with traditional elements and details of this area. It can accommodate up to eight persons.
Villa Salambati consists of three bedrooms with double beds, three bathrooms with a washing machine and a shower or a bathtub, a fully equipped modern kitchen with all the necessary cooking appliances and kitchen utensils, a dining area, a comfortable and spacious living room with a TV, and a gym with a foosball table. The couch in the living room can be used as additional double bed. From the ground floor you can exit to the roofed terrace with a seating area and a summer kitchen with a BBQ grill on wood. In the beautifully maintained garden you can find a private pool and loungers, a kids playground and much more. Private parking is at your disposal..

Super schön

Wirklich sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Sehr groß und ruhig gelegen. Für uns war nur die Mauer auf der einen Seite ein wenig ungünstig wegen unserem Hund der mit Leichtigkeit darüber springen könnte. Hat trotzdem funktioniert und der Garten ist sonst wirklich sehr gemütlich und gut vor jeglichen blicken geschützt.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit großem Pool

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit unseren vier erwachsenen Kindern. Das Haus und auch das Grundstück sind sehr schön und so groß, dass jeder von uns Bewegungs- und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten hatte. Es gibt eine Tischtennisplatte, die gerne genutzt wurde, ein öffentlicher Fußballplatz ist nicht weit entfernt. Der Pool ist groß genug und mit einer Whirlpoolfunktion ausgestattet. Wir konnten dort perfekt entspannen. Auch das Haus ist sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die überdachte Terrasse verfügt über einen Außengrill - und auch wir wurden von unserem sehr netten Vermieter mit Fleisch versorgt. Eine sehr schöne Aufmerksamkeit. Im Ort selbst gibt es nur einige Häuser aber mit dem Auto kann man schöne Orte, Supermärkte etc. gut erreichen. Wir können das Haus empfehlen und würden es selbst auch wieder buchen.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt für unsere Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern und Großeltern. Zur Begrüßung gab es von im Kühlschrank Wasser und Cola und am ersten Morgen hat der Host zum Frühstück Eier gebracht. Eine weitere Aufmerksamkeit gab es, als der Host und gefragt hat wann und was wir in unserer Urlaubswoche grillen wollen, Fleisch oder Fisch, das hat er uns dann als Geschenk gebracht. Es war eine tolle und super leckere Aufmerksamkeit! Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet was man als Familie braucht und mehr. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Fazit, wir können das Haus empfehlen und würden es auch selbst wieder buchen :-D

Villa Salambati

Die Villa entsprach genau der Beschreibung, es war alles so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen.

Super schönes Haus mit überaus gastfreundlichen Eigentümer

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einem modernen, top ausgestattetem Haus mit großem Pool. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig! In dem klrinen Dorv gibt es nur ein paar Häuser. Aber auch ein Supermarkt Butiga Ultra 106 mit Bäcker und Metzger ist in 2.5km Entfernung. Nächste Restaurant in 4km Entfernung. Bis Rovinji sind es ca. 20km -> schöne Altstadt mit romantischen kleinen Gassen. Hier ist auch der nächste Strand z.B. Borik. Geeignet für Familien, zum Schnorcheln, aber auch Ruhesuchende kommen auf Ihre Kosten, wenn sie ein paar Meter weiter gehen... Das Haus selbst ist recht neu mit modernen großen Bädern mit Regenduschen und toller Küche. Klimaanlagen sogar im Flur und in der Küche. Top sauber alles. Grosszügiger Essbereich draussen mit Aussenküche und Grill. Der Pool ist riesig und mit Salzwasser befüllt. Das merkt man jedoch kaum und ist besser für die Haut. Pool hat Whirlfunktion. Der Eigentümer ist auch sehr nett und gastfreundlich, ohne dabei zu stören. Er hat uns mehrfach überrascht durch seine Gastfreundlichkeit! Auch eine kleine Reklamation hat er sofort behoben und auch immer einen Corona Mindestabstand eingehalten.
