Villa arenella
This property has not been looked after. It was not properly clean, many things were broken (shower head held straight with string, arms off chairs, the toilet seat was broken, the air con controls were lost to one bedroom meaning we couldn't work it etc), the electricity tripped multiple times a day & night and the trip box was outside of the property down the lane, the shower ran cold after 2 minutes every time, there was never any hot water for washing up in the kitchen, there were ants and biting bugs everywhere. There was insufficient provisions for a property for 9. For example, there were 4 mugs for coffee. Despite asking the local host to help, we were fobbed off with "this is normal here". We were also asked to sign a contract in Italian, and when we needed it in English we were told we were the first people ever to ask for it in English, and nothing was fixed despite us asking. A really disappointing 50th celebration. The only good thing was the pool - which was lovely. But the chairs around the pool were old and tatty.
