exquisite villa

The villa is extremely spacious and beautifully decorated. There is everything one might need for a vacation available in the house. The property manager was very responsive and flexible to our needs. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place to everyone.

Wir waren geflasht. Das Haus ist ein Traum. Für jeden ein eigener Bereich mit Bad und Schlafzimmer, eigenem Flur und dort eine Tür zum zu machen. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche bietet genügend Platz um zusammen zu Kochen. Hauptsächlich haben wir uns außen am Tisch, Pool, Whirlpool oder Billardtisch aufgehalten. Natürlich hat das Haus kleine Gebrauchsspuren die sich eben mit der Zeit ergeben. Aber dies fällt bei uns nicht ins Gewicht. Bei Anreise, kurze WhatsApp an den gesendeten Kontakt, er war 45 min später da, kurze Frage ob alles passt und das wars. Übergabe zum Schluss ebenso unkompliziert. Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesen. Jeder Zeit wieder und nur zu empfehlen! (Die Bettdecken sind dünne Tagesdecken. Eine ganze pro Doppelbett. In den Schränken sind aber normale Bettdecken, jedoch ohne Überzug)

Phantastisch

Das Haus ist wunderbar! Es ist eigentlich noch schöner als im Inserat beschrieben. Es ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert. Schade ist, dass manche Mieter manchmal nicht sorgfältig genug mit den Fenstern umgehen. Aber das Haus selbst ist wunder-, wunderschön! Wir kommen wieder! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Service et équipements pas digne d'un cinq étoiles

Il faut savoir que les équipements suivants sont défectueux: baby foot, velo d'appartement, un réfrigérateur, air co dans une chambre au rez de chaussée, le fauteuil suspendu de la terrasse. Le gérant et le propriétaire font semblant de résoudre les problèmes. Equipement limite pour 10 personnes. Pas digne d'un 5 étoiles

Super schöne Villa in komplett ruhiger Umgebung

Wir waren bereits letztes Jahr schon in der Villa nebenan. Die Kommunikation vorab und auch währenddessen war immer super. Wenn es Probleme gab war sofort jemand vor Ort und hat es sich angeschaut und repariert. Das Haus war bei Ankunft tip top sauber. Zudem konnten wir sogar früher als gedacht einchecken. Wir waren mit Hunden dort und dafür ist es einfach perfekt. Riesiger Garten der Rundum eingezäunt ist und auch um die Villa kein Trubel. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Urlaub auf hohem Niveau

Toller Urlaub in einem tollen Haus. Wunderschöne Immobilie mit tollem Grundstück und tollem Pool drinnen sowie draußen. Sehr ruhige und angenehme Umgebung. Alles wie beschrieben bzw. wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Sauberkeit im Haus top, Garten super gepflegt. Betreuung durch Vermieter sehr unkompliziert. Einziges Manko, dass das Mobiliar leider teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das ein oder andere könnte durchaus auch mal erneuert werden. Trotzdem wird das bestimmt nicht der letzte Aufenthalt in diesem Objekt gewesen sein - jederzeit gerne wieder!

Oktober/2022 Nicht ganz so gut wie es scheint!

Sauberkeit war mangelhaft. Nach der Nachbesserung von uns war es okay. Die lange Saison ist dem Objekt anzumerken. Größe des Hauses war super, für zwei Familie mehr als genug Platz. Allen im allem war es okay. Wenn ich aber die Preisvorstellungen in der Hauptsaison sehe ist es in diesem Zustand nicht gerechtfertigt. Werden bei der nächsten Reise ein anders Objekt wählen.

TOP Vila! Perfekt auch für kältere Tage!

Erster Eindruck der Villa von außen: Wow! - Extra Einfahrt für zwei Autos mit elektrischem Tor. - Sehr gepflegter und schön angelegter Außenbereich. - Haustür mit Alarmanlage Erster Eindruck von innen: Wow! - hohe Decken mit freiliegenden Holzbalken - offener Wohn-Ess- und Küchenbereich - 5 separate "Wohneinheiten" mit eigener Tür zum extra Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer - hochwertig ausgestattete Bäder - bequeme und große Betten + Toilettenpapier für die ersten Tage sowie Seife, Fön uvm. in allen Bädern Außenbereich: - überdacht und ausreichend groß inklusive Loungeecke für 4 Personen - Grillplatz liegt leider etwas abseits und besitzt keine Überdachung (dafür waren zwei Anzündkamine sowie ein Bunsenbrenner vorhanden) - großer gepflegter Pool mit breitem Einstieg und abfallender Wassertiefe - Für jeden moderne und bequeme Liegen vorhanden Der extra "Wellness- und Spieletempel": - Whirlpool bereits bei Ankunft auf angenehme 38° vorgeheizt (perfekt für den Regentag bei 16°) - Sauna innerhalb einer Stunde auf 60° geheizt (Platz für 3-4 Personen) - Billard und Tischkicker ebenfalls in sehr gutem Zustand und nahezu täglich genutzt. - ALLES in wirklich gutem Zustand (nicht heruntergekommen Aber eben auch nicht nagelneu) Aufgrund der Kommentare haben wir extra eine Pfanne mitgenommen, welche wir nicht genutzt haben, da drei recht neue Pfannen vor Ort waren. Alles restliche Geschirr war ausreichend und in großer Vielfalt vorhanden. Wird wahrscheinlich jährlich vom Vermieter ausgetauscht bzw. fehlende Teile ergänzt (Deshalb bestand nicht jedes Set aus 10 Teilen, was aber auch nicht schlimm war) Die Abwicklung bei An- und Abfahrt war unkompliziert und durch einen Anruf bzw. WhatsApp Nachricht geklärt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und freuen uns auf eine "Luxus" Auszeit in Kroatien. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis TOP!

Casa perfetta per divertirsi!

La casa è davvero bella come in foto! Grandissima, pulita, fornita di piscina, idromassaggio, sauna... Perfetta per un gruppo di amici o una famiglia numerosa. E' necessario avere la macchina perché la casa si trova in campagna e non è così vicina al mare, però ne vale la pena. Unico consiglio: avendo visto le recensioni precedenti, noi siamo arrivati con le nostre pentole e stoviglie, ma non le abbiamo mai usate! La casa ad oggi è fornita di tutte le pentole necessarie e la lavastoviglie funziona benissimo!

Sommerurlaub 2022

Ein sehr schönes Haus, mit überall funktionierenden Klimaanlagen. Leider wurde der einzige Sonnenschirm bei einem Sturm beschädigt und bis zum Ende nur unzureichend ersetzt. Ein Schirm für 10 Leute ist nunmal etwas wenig. Der Grill auf den Bildern ist nicht mehr vorhanden, dafür ist eine tolle Außenküche mit Grill und Waschbecken da, an der wir gerne gekocht haben. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Haus, in dem wir einen tollen Urlaub verbracht haben.

Schöne Villa für bis zu 5 unabhängige Partien. Defekter Geschirrspüler wurde innerhalb von 3 Tagen ersetzt. Guter Service vor Ort. Geräte (Billard, Tischtennis) leicht verlebt. Ansonsten sehr schönes Ferienerlebnis! Ländliche, ruhige Umgebung. Kurze Fahrt nach Fazana.

Unsere Erfahrungen mit der Villa hier einmal zusammengefasst in Pro und Contra: (Noch kurz zur Info: Wir waren 9 Leute) Pro: - theoretisch alles vorhanden, was beschrieben wurde (S. Contra) - schnelle und problemlose Schlüsselübergabe - sehr geräumige und offen geschnittene Villa einschließlich Küche - 1 Bad pro Schlafzimmer inkl. Dusche - Handtücher vorhanden - Bequeme Matratzen und Kissen mit Memory Foam - Außenliegen solide Großes, schönes und gepflegtes Grundstück - Tische und Stühle schön (drinnen und draußen) - Billard-Tisch gut - Sauna Top Zustand Contra: - Keine benutzbare Pfanne - Billige Töpfe - Spülmaschine defekt (keine Reinigungsleistung) - Zu wenig Schneidebretter - Küchentisch und Tisch für draußen nur für 8 Personen gedacht - Zu wenig Küchenhandtücher - Kaum bis keine Möglichkeiten, Handtücher zu trocknen (Badezimmer) - Schlechter Wasserdruck auf Waschbecken und Duschen - Eine große Decke pro Bett - Kickertisch kaum nutzbar - Whirlpool abgenutzt Das Reinigungspersonal kam bereits um 9:15 Uhr, obwohl wir das Haus erst um 10:00 Uhr verlassen sollten (fühlte sich wie ein Rauswurf an) Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß, aber es ist gut, das vorher zu wissen.

Erholsame Tage in Istrien

Wir haben hier einen ganz tollen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist so schön wie auf den Bildern. Der Hausmanager sehr zuvorkommend und hilft sofort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit noch mal buchen.

Tolles Haus - Optimal für Familien

Tolles Haus mit geräumigen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Zimmern. Wir waren eine Woche hier mit 10 Erwachsenen und 8 Kindern und habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Durch die Größe des Hauses gibt es viele Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und tolle Gemeonschaftsbereiche.

Beautiful secluded villa

We had a wonderful time at Villa Olivia. Ideal for two families of 10 people with everything we needed - the pool, hot tub and games were a real hit with the children and adults too! The villa had a clean and modern feel and was air conditioned throughout. Located in a lovely quiet, secluded spot, perfect to be away from the busy towns, yet only 20 mins by car to the nearest beach (Fazana, which we highly recommend). The only negative, which had nothing to do with the villa itself, were the noisy neighbours - a group of young lads in the villa next door played extremely loud music for most of the day until we politely asked them to turn it down, which they very apologetically did. The manager of the villa was friendly and helpful and very responsive to emails. We wouldn't hesitate in coming to stay here again, but for longer than a week next time!

Tolle Villa mit schönem Anwesen

Die Villa war sehr schön und die Bilder haben nicht zu viel versprochen. Für unsere Gruppe mit 9 Erwachsenen war die Villa ideal, daher kann man hier uneingeschränkt eine Weiterempfehlung aussprechen. Der zuständige Objektverwalter war super nett und hilfsbereit. Punktabzug gibt es für die Sauberkeit des Pools sowie einige kleine Mängel im Gebäude selbst.

Super Villa - lediglich die Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein

Als Gruppe mit Erwachsenen und kleinen Kindern hat es uns in dieser Villa praktisch an nichts gefehlt. Die Zimmer sind mit eigenen Badezimmern, Flur sowie Balkonen oder Terrasse ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich hat alles zu bieten was man braucht. Man möchte die Villa am Liebsten gar nicht verlassen. Lediglich die Schaukel und Rutsche wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, war in der Villa leider nicht vorhanden (im Gegensatz zu den Nachbarhäusern). Zudem könnte die Ausstattung in der Küche etwas besser sein (u.a. große Gläser fehlten). In einigen Räumen und im Aussenbereich sind Kameras/Bewegungsmelder was etwas irritierend sein kann und man sich etwas beobachtet fühlt, was aber sicher nur der Sicherheit dient.
