Why they chose this property
For me this place is a well hidden paradise. Surrounded by trees, quiet little streams flowing down the mountains. In the summer you can sit on the benches and watch the many boats passing by.
Though it seems to be situated in the middle of nowhere big towns, shops,.. are nearby.
