We are sorry that your stay was not what you expected. Till now, we have only received excellent reviews. We therefore have a different view on renting out holiday villas than you do. What you have missed from daily care of towels and shower items is something that a hotel offers. If this is your wish, booking a hotel room might be better. With regard to the comment that consumption of electricity is charged, your comment is incorrect. We clearly state in the advertisement in the general terms and conditions that consumption up to 40 kWh is included and is taxed above. Something that is also normal for all holiday villas. With regard to the iguanas and mosquitoes, it makes sense that we cannot adapt the tropical environment. In the villa all bedrooms have mosquito nets on the windows and AC (we really don’t understand your remark that there was no AC???) But of course we cannot arrange this on the terrace outside (September is also the warmest period on Curaçao with little wind, so there can be many mosquitoes). The pool naturally has an automatic cleaning system that continuously cleans the water at the pool pump and provides it with the right chemicals, so we don't understand that comment either. In short, if we take all the great experiences of previous tenants with us and if we hear about your experiences, we advise you to look for a hotel next time instead of a holiday villa where you have to arrangeeverything by yourself.
