The newly built villa Eleana is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Pitsidia, combines the local style with luxury. The village of Pitsidia is located about 70 km south of Heraklion with an estimated population of about 700. It belongs to the same municipality as Matala. The villa has a private pool with sunbeds and BBQ and an outside sitting area. It can accomodate up to 6 people, it has a spacy living room with a sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen.

Lovely pool, wifi good. Everything perfect. Lots of good restaurants and bars within easy walking. Lively good priced butchers too for BBQ. Brilliant out door cooking facilities

Great Villa

We enjoyed the accomodation in Villa Eleana a lot! It offers lots of space, a great pool area and is situated very close to the center of Pitsidia, so that we could walk into the small town enjoying the nice restaurants there. Communication with Eva was always fast and helpful.

Great house in lovely neighborhood

The house is spacious and modern. Everything is sparkling clean. The property owners are a lovely family from the village. The pool was awesome - the kids had a lot of fun. We chilled at the pool and enjoyed the beautiful view. The famous Komos and Matala beaches are only 5 or 10 minutes away. The house comes with washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning. The baths are brand new and sparkling clean. The little village Pitsidia has a lot of tavernas - even a vegan place and a lovely breakfast cafe ( Traumfabrik ) are there. The two supermarkets have everything we needed - we only went to Lidl (20 minutes) once to get some additional food. Thanks again for the fabulous stay.

Fantastic Vacation house

We have just spent our summer vacation in this amazing house. The quality of this newly buildt house is very high. The house is characterized by high quality materials, beds and furniture. Everything is clean and fresh and the kitchen is well equipped. The outdoor area is amazing. The ecoline pool is in a great big size and we have all spent a lot of hours enjoying it. Barbeque, Pizza oven etc. There is nothing missing at all. The area/Pitsidia is great as well.. only a few minutes walk to the nearest restaurants, supermarkets, bakery etc. Also recommendable is a 5 min drive to Matala, where you can find several restaurants, lovely beach and a overall relaxed atmosphere. We have been overwhelmed by the kindness from the owners of the house. Eva, Sofia and the whole family have made this vacation really special for us for which we are really grateful. Their kindness, their instant help if we needed etc. was outstanding. We have never experienced anything like this before. We will recommend this house for everyone and we will definitely visit again. BR Mette/Denmark

Sehr schöne moderne Villa

Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (1 & 7 Jahre) in der Villa Eleana. Es ist eine sehr schöne und neuwertige Villa mit einer sehr guten Raumaufteilung. Modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Auch in der Küche ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Der Außenbereich mit Salzwasser-Pool und Pizzaofen ist Top, lediglich der Bereich rund um den Pool könnte etwas größer sein. Die Vermieterin Eva war jederzeit erreichbar und konnte bei Fragen und Tipps immer helfen. Die Lage ist recht gut, Strände und Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Nette Tavernen zB Mikes Taverne und einen super Metzger sind Fußläufig erreichbar. In der Nachbarschaft kläffen ziemlich viele Hunde was an und an etwas nervt. Alles in allem können wir die Villa Eleana absolut empfehlen

Wow!

Das Objekt ist baulich in einem tadellosen Zustand. Das Haus, der Pool, die Terrassen, der Garten , die Einrichtung ... alles ist in einem makellosen Zustand. Die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar gewesen und hat sofort reagiert. Der Pool wurde sogar ohne Aufforderung auf eigenes Angebot hin gereinigt; nach voriger Terminabsprache! Das Objekt ist detailliert durchdacht. Der Poolbereich ist durch die Pergola von den Nachbarobjekten jetzt noch nicht einsehbar. Der Blick auf das Gebirge ist fantastisch. Die Inneneinrichtung ist geschmackvoll, farblich harmonisch und qualitativ hochwertig. Alle Wohn- und Schlafräume sind klimatisiert und die Bedienung ist einfach. Zudem sind die Fenster mit Insektenschutzgittern versehen. Insgesamt ist alles sehr hochwertig; Kompliment an die Vermieterin! Keine Kritik? Da müssen wir nachdenken. Über das dauernde, auch nächtliche Hundegebell und Hahnengekrähe in der Nachbarschaft kann man hinwegsehen, so fällt es dann auch nicht mehr auf. Wenn die Nachbarbebauung voranschreitet, sollte der Sichtschutz erweitert werden. Das bleibt dann aber auch die einzige Kritik.

Schönes Haus, alles vorhanden.

Das Haus hat eine gute Lage und man ist schnell in den Ort gelaufen. Der Wohnbereich ist sehr ansprechend und wir haben ihn jeden Tag genutzt.
