Este espléndido y exclusivo apartamento panorámico de 70 metros cuadrados se encuentra en el corazón de Roma, en un edificio del siglo XVIII a 50 metros de la Fontana de Trevi, en una de las zonas más antiguas y sugerentes de Roma, el distrito de Trevi, caracterizado por sus antiguas calles llenas de restaurantes, heladerías y tiendas.
A solo 7 minutos a pie de la Plaza de España, a 20 minutos del Coliseo y a 15 minutos de la estación de trenes Roma Termini. Con una caminata de 5 minutos, puede llegar a la parada de metro Barberini, desde donde salen los enlaces a la estación de Termini y el Vaticano.
El apartamento está ubicado en el quinto piso, con ascensor, es luminoso y muy tranquilo, lo que permite a los huéspedes sumergirse de inmediato en el ambiente romántico único y fascinante de este distrito.

This apartment was well appointed with two good sized bedrooms and a very comfortable and easy to fold-out couch in the living room. It was perfect for our 2 night stay in Rome and made extra special because the location is just steps from the Trevi fountain! Just downstairs are all the places to eat and shop, and the terrace overlooking part of the neighborhood is beautiful. We enjoyed the terrace very much and couldn’t have asked for better communication with Sara. I would definitely book again when in Rome.

Great place in heart of Roma

We enjoyed our stay…this was our first trip and after a couple of days we wanted to stay much longer. It’s a little busy near Trevi fountain, but that was expected.

Wonderful little apartment with deck

Our family of 4 had ample space and enjoyed the central location. We walked everywhere! My favorite was the deck for morning coffee and evening drinks. The tiled alcove shower was also a treat. We highly recommend and will come back. Thank you, Sara!

Beautiful apartment

Sara was so good about accommodating our early arrival, was great about communicating with us and the apartment was in a wonderful location. It was so easy for the four of us (two couples celebrating anniversary trips) to navigate the city, relax at the apartment on the terrace and enjoy Rome!

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Rome

Great stay at this beautiful apartment steps away from the Trevi Fountain. Right in the middle of all the crowds but the apartment itself was a great retreat with the large terrace providing a beautiful and relaxing setting to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of each day. Sara was a fantastic host and made check in and out very easy. We also appreciated her recommendations on where to eat and get groceries/taxis nearby. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment is exactly as pictured. It is in a very central location, on a busy pedestrian walk way steps from Trevi. We had a nice and comfortable stay!

Great location and great view

Host Sara was wonderful to us and helped arrange transportation for us among other recommendations for us for dining and sightseeing during our stay. Location was central to all of the major sights and landmarks and we were able to easily walk to all of the major landmarks from the apartment. I would recommend this apartment for any 2 couple or small family parties.

Amazing location!

We loved everything about this apartment! There was plenty of space for our family of 5. It was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. The terrace is lovely and spacious. It was incredibly hot in Rome but the 3 A/C units worked great. The location is perfect. It’s only a 10 second walk to Trevi Fountain which is always very crowded but you can’t hear the street noise in the apartment.

Good safe place next to the fountain. The host was great and provided things to do in the local area. The only thing that was weird was the elevator to the apartment. Very very different than what we are use to but we can understand with the building being approximately 500 years old.

The property was right in the middle of everything. Convenient via walking to all the must see spots in Rome. It is a little loud but for a few nights the convenience outweighs it.

Character filled - Steps from the Trevi

Location is excellent. Apartment is 300 years old! Outside space is perfect. Beds were comfortable. Sara was an excellent host - great communication and check in process was smooth. Only thing to consider is that the showers are very small, our 6’4” travel mate found the showering process challenging. Highly recommend!

Great place for family of 4 in a perfect location

My husband and I and our two college aged children stayed here. Although we weren’t in the property much as we were out exploring…it was spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large terrace. It is literally steps from Trevi Fountain. Check in and out process were seamless and our host even arranged our trip back to the airport. Highly recommend

Great setup and location

Stayed here with our 3 kids and it was a perfect setup and great location to explore rome. The terrace was especially wonderful.

Lovely!

The apartment was just lovely! I stayed with my husband and 3 children, and there was plenty of space for all. It was clean, comfortable, and had all amenities. My favorite was the outdoor terrace! Great location right beside the Trevi Fountain, lots of restaurant options all around (try the Porchetta Sandwich at Antica Al Forno across the street). We would absolutely stay here again.

Highly recommend!

My family and I spend 5 days in Rome at Sara's property. I have being booking VRBO for sometime already within the US and that was the first overseas. I have to say that at beginning I was a little worried, but I just made the call and went with it! From the moment I booked, Sara reaches out and welcome us to her place. she helped me with airport pick up (we had lots of large luggage due to previous destination and arrived at night, so i wanted to have something set for it) she made it very easy, the gentleman reach out as we landed and was there waiting for us. Sara was at the corner waiting for us. the apartment was CENTRALLY located. I really mean it! We walked everywhere; (3 kids 6, 8 and 10 years old). I worried about noise, but we NEVER got disturbed by. It was a very peacefully little retreat. She had 2 great rooms and a sofa bed. the little kitchen fully loaded and perfect for a quick snack while getting ready or finishing up the evening. the bathrooms were great, and everything worked just perfect! We did have a few recommendations but end up using mostly Sara's guidance for meals and add on entertaining. I would surely contact her when i return to Rome and also Highly recommend her to any friends or family that visit the city. Her hospitality and her place were highlighted on our family "best things of our trip list" at the end of our vacation. Thank you Sara!

Lovely apartment, very central

My family and I had an excellent stay in this apartment. It was lovely and clean with everything we needed for a comfotable stay. Sara was generous with her willingness to help and we found following her restaurant suggestions wonderful! Being so close to the Trevi fountain was amazing, and being able to duck off the busy street upstairs felt like a real treat.

Wonderful location

The apartment was very comfortable. We were very thankful for the lift so we didn’t have to go up 4 flights of stairs. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Trevi Fountain is just around the corner and there were many restaurants and shopping just outside the door. Sara was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come to Rome again.

Trevi apartment pretty but noisy neighborhood

The apartment was charming and our host was very helpful upon arrival. However, we would not stay near the Trevi fountain again. It’s great if you like a party atmosphere as it is a very loud, crowded neighborhood. We would have preferred something quieter.

A perfect stay in Rome

My husband and I took his mom on a dream trip to Italy! Your apartment was absolutely perfect for us. It was so charming and comfortable. We loved sitting out on the terrace after a long day of touring to hear the church bells ringing. It was fun being steps away from the Trevi Fountain. Even though we where close to the fountain we didn’t even notice the crowd noise. The air conditioning made the apartment very comfortable as it was very hot. The apartment owner was easy to get ahold of and even gave us a great dinner recommendation for our first night. We would give our stay an A+ rating.

Wonderful!

This property rates five stars for location, about a half a block from the Trevi Fountain. The two bedrooms were very nice along with the separate hall bathrooms. The outside patio was wonderful and it provided a nice respite from the crowds in Rome. The kitchen was as fully stocked with dishes and had a coffee with coffee and tea provided. I would stay here again. Sara was great to work with and was very responsive to my inquiries. Recommendation - provide napkins and paper towels for guests.
