Elegante apartamento de Roma se encuentra en el primer piso en un edificio de prestigio con ascensor y custodiado por una puerta-poseedor de confianza, Ripetta House es el alojamiento perfecto para disfrutar de unas vacaciones inolvidables en Roma. Este bonito y refinado para alquilar en Roma se compone de un amplio salón-comedor iluminado por varias ventanas a ambos lados, decoradas con buen gusto con una mesa de comedor con asientos para 8 personas y un sofá; una segunda sala de estar con un cómodo sofá cama doble, 2 sillones y TV SAT. Cerca de la entrada se encuentra la cocina moderna, totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para hacer una deliciosa cena italiana: frigorífico y congelador, cocina y horno, lavavajillas, lavadora, ollas y vajilla. Un pasillo hermoso, con ventanas con vistas al patio interior conduce a la zona de noche de Ripetta casa: un dormitorio principal con un vestidor y un gran cuarto de baño que se caracteriza por un hecho aislado bañera y dobles lavabos; y un segundo dormitorio con dos camas o cama doble, walk-in closet y un pequeño cuarto de baño con ducha. The apartment is very large, but it is also more than a bit shoddy and worn and the floors in some areas were quite dirty. The dishes and glassware in the kitchen were also dirty and chipped and there were no towels provided (or even a sponge!) for the kitchen. I was unhappy that there were only a couple of towels provided for the baths and no coffee supplied even for the first day of our stay (much less the usual bottle of wine hosts at VRBO generally provide as a welcome gift), but perhaps the worst part of it all was the lack of hot water. It took a great deal of time for the water to get hot but it then changed to cold mid shower at least once during our stay. When our coffee maker stopped working, after I had gone to purchase coffee, it was not replaced, and I was not happy since we were leaving at 5am. The location is great, quiet and convenient, but the overall experience was not what I expect in a VRBO property.

The property is well situated in the heart of Rome, central to all tourist attractions.The apartment is very nice, authentic Italian decor albeit a bit tired, this property was perfect for our needs, using it only as a base.The shower in bedroom 1 was fairly good, toilet clean, bedroom 2 shower was much better, beds were clean but noted no mattress or pillow protectors in place which was a bit off putting.Watch out for electric sockets, all different shapes and sizes not many actually fitted my EU adapters. On the hole, very enjoyable stay in this apartment even thou it had its ups and downs.Owner was very helpful and was there to greet us on arrival, showing and telling us everything we needed to know, which was great, very friendly door man too. Would definitely use again in the future.

Perfect property for our family’s stay in Rome. Great location near food, shopping, and landmarks, only a few minute walk away. The neighborhood was clean and safe and the apartment had everything we needed with a kitchen, WiFi, and bedroom for the kids.

Fantastic property in a beautiful part of Rome, walking distance to the Colloseum, Pantheon, and Vatican City among others. The apartment is charming and we had great communication with the owner and property manager who were very responsive. Highly recommend.

Το σπίτι σε εξαιρετική θέση, οι διαχειριστές και η υποδοχή άψογη, η ενημέρωση κσι οι οδηγίες απόλυτα κατατοπιστικές και εξυπηρετικές.Παρατήρηεις: τα στρώματα (πολύ μαλακά), η αποροή στα ντούς χρειαζεται συντήρηση και γενικά ενώ το σπίτι είναι αρχιτεκτονικό κόσμημα, απαιτείται μιά γενναία συντήρηση αλλά και δσημαντικές παρεμβάσεις στην διακόσμηση, για να μην φαίνεται ότι είχαμε στην αποθήκη το βάλαμε στο σπίτι.

Property was well located

The property is somewhat dated but only a 15 minute walk to the Spanish steps. The water pressure and hot water were less than one would expect.

Centrally Located and Spacious

This house fitted our needs perfectly. Located minutes away from Piazza di Popolo and the Spanish Steps, it gave us walking access to many of the key spots and quick bus/cab ride to the others. The house itself was quite spacious with two large bedrooms and two big bathrooms. The living area was huge. The host Luca was always just a text away and quite helpful.

Spacious, conveniently located apartment

We stayed in April 2024 for 7 nights. Our family appreciated the location, the helpful owner and the spacious floorplan with 2 bathrooms. We found the apartment quiet, clean, functional and comfortable although I would describe the place as more "antique" (wear & tear) than expected.

Fantastic hosts but rundown property

Starting with the plus: We were extremely happy with the location and the beds were really comfortable! The hosts were responsive and very kind.This property was much more rundown than what the pictures show. It was clean, but it could use a LOT of maintenance and repairs. Nothing was major but there are lots of simple things like flickering lights, loose floor tiles, broken hinges, slow wifi connection etc.The listing description was well written but leads you to believe it's much more modern and updated than it is.

Lovely large flat well located in Rome

We had a wonderful Christmas staying at this well located and very nice flat. The very kind owners helped us with transportation from the airport and let us to show us around the apartment. It was clean and the perfect size for our family and a quick 15 minute walk to most locations in the city we needed to see.

Beautiful property in excellent location

The apartment was very nice and the hosts were extremely helpful. The internet was not working while we were there and the host was only able to make it partially functional during our stay despite best efforts, otherwise I would rate a 5

When in Rome!

We arrived at the property later than planned due to some travel delays. However were greeted with kindness and care. The property was reviewed closely with staff and guests and then we started exploring. The property is in a perfect location (we walked everywhere) and perfect size for 4 adults. We would come back to Rome in a heartbeat to this property! Thank you again for a perfect spot to explore the beautiful city!!

Excellent Location But Apartment Was Very Old

I wanted to love this place, honestly! We waited on the street for 15 minutes because when we arrived as arranged we were not given any instructions on how to gain access to the building or get keys. Finally the unit owner opened the front door to see where we were and he found us. The rental company handling all this had terrible communications. The place is like something from the 50’s but it definitely was clean and located in a terrific neighborhood with restaurants and the Plaza de Populo only about 4 blocks away. If you want to experience the flavor of truly authentic Italian family living in the 50’s and 60’s Including a kitchen out of a time capsule, this rental is for you! The wonderful pros are the location with several small workshops/designer boutiques and the radiator heat on a couple cold clammy nights in October was so comforting!

It is a dream apartment!

This apartment is in an absolutely wonderful location very near the Piazza Popolo. There are restaurants, shops, and of course, beautiful churches. The apartment is in a historic neighborhood built in the 1880s. It does have air conditioning in the main living area, but there is a big ceiling fan in one bedroom and a table fan in another. The pull out sofa is in the same area as the AC. Plus the ceilings are high and it is an airy apartment. We were there when every day was 95 degrees or higher and we were very comfortable. There is an elevator, but you do need to be able to go up about 10 steps to access it. It was only another 15 steps to the apartment so we didn’t use it. The owner is absolutely charming and the management company was very responsive. They also arranged our transportation from our port to Rome and then to the airport after our stay. The rates were very reasonable. I highly recommend this apartment.

Great location in a beautiful old city building

We loved our stay in this beautiful old fashioned apartment. The location was great, easy access to public transport for farther excursions, and an easy walk to Vatican or central Rome. We had a heat wave while we were there, and the air conditioning was a life saver. Loved the quirky layout of the apartment, and the master bath is one of a kind. The kitchen is functional, but rather small. Was not a problem, since we never cooked, just had breakfast there, but if you want to cook, it is kind of limited space wise. The double bed in the master, and two single beds in the second bedroom were ideal for us traveling with two teens. Our host and the doorman were very helpful and friendly if we needed tips or information. I can recommend this apartment, I would go there again, if I make it back to Rome.
