The main cabin is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed with 2 beds.

In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parking on the farm (14 min by car to Luleå center and 13 min to Kallax Airport).

There is a trampoline for the "children"

Smaller boat is included in the price. There is the possibility to rent 2 scooters or a total of 5500 daycruiser.

Väldigt fin och mysig stuga, på ett harmoniskt lugnt läge vid vattnet

Väldigt enkelt att hyra stugan, kontakten med hyresvärden fungerade bra. Hörde även av sig för att kolla att allt var ok.

Perfekt hus för familj med barn

Modernt hus i vacker miljö med närhet till havet. Husen var välutrustade det fanns allt och lite till. Jättetrevliga ägare som snabbt svarade på alla frågor. Ett av barnen vill gärna flytta till Luleå på grund av allt roligt som staden bjuder på. Teknikens Hus, båt till Klubbviken och besök hos släktingar var en höjdare. Studsmattan plus plus, vi kommer igen

really great!!!

We had a wonderful week in an absolutely wonderful house. The house is very comfortable, cozy an clean. Andreas was great, very friendly and courteous. He also had great tips for excursions all around Lulea. Our kids loved the trampoline, the fireplace and the boat. And they fell in love with the little rabbit that lives under the patio. We enjoyed our stay very very much, particularly the view over the the bay, while having fika and absorbing the midnight light. We are already thinking about when to come back. Thank you so much for everything!!!!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einer schönen Außenanlage. Kleiner Nachteil, zwei der drei Schlafzimmer befinden sich außerhalb des Haupthauses. Ansonsten hat die Unterkunft alles was man benötigt.
