Why they chose this property

This house holds many great memories for me as it was my family's summer home and where I enjoyed many idyllic summer holidays as a child close to the sea. It is now my permanent residence so I have refurbished it and it is modern, clean and cosy with conveniences. I put every effort into keeping the apartment to high living standards to provide my guests with a great experience!
Its very close to the sea, close to the center of Athens, close to the airport, close to shopping area.
Perfect relaxing VIP area.

What makes this property unique

Single storey apartment building with private garden in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Close to the sea, walking distance to a multitude of beaches, restaurants, cafes. with mountain view.
