Beautiful holiday

Very beautiful, elegant house. beautiful swimming pool and livable patio. Large rooms and internal spaces. Bathrooms a little ancient and minimal fixtures closed, just enough. The main entrance area is poorly maintained and poorly lit.

Fantastic

The villa is fully equipped and is a wonderful place to stay. If I had to mention a downside it would be that there is not much outdoor space. Not a problem for us, but if the children are younger I would prefer that less. But definitely worth the 5 stars.

One week escape to the beaches

Perfectly situated, with nice house arrangement, but the house needs some renovation (bathrooms, humidity damages on the rooms walls, tiles on the floor moving, etc.) and can become really fantastic place

Why they chose this property

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Son Parc is one of the best tourist areas on the island. It has all the services and entertainment. Restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, shops, bike rental, pharmacy, public transport, etc.
It also has a magnificent golf course that also has a restaurant and tennis courts.
As for the beach, its length is more than 200 meters of fine sand, and its crystalline and shallow waters make it ideal for families with small children.
Just 9km from the coastal town of Fornells, where you can practice all kinds of water sports or rent boats in addition to tasting their famous lobster stews.
