This traditional, Cornish holiday cottage is part of a cluster of cottages situated on the rural outskirts of Fowey, a short stroll from the beach yet within comfortable walking distance of the centre.. 4 steps to entrance.

Ground Floor:

Open plan living space.

Living area: Freeview TV, DVD Player

Dining area.

Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Ceramic Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine

First Floor:

Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Freeview Smart TV

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Small garden area, surrounded by shrubs, with a sitting out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Haybarn is a two bedroomed property set in an acre of communal gardens. The cottage also benefits from its own private, lawned garden and patio area with picnic bench to the front.



This traditional Cornish stone holiday cottage is part of a cluster of similar cottages situated on the rural outskirts of Fowey, but only a short stroll from the beach and still within comfortable walking distance of the centre. Haybarn provides comfortable accommodation and is equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay in Fowey.



The small town of Fowey boasts galleries, boutique shops, bars and restaurants, serving locally sourced produce and fish. Meander around the narrow streets that wind down to the quayside where you will find plenty of amenities. A sandy beach at Readymoney Cove is approximately a 15-minute walk from the cottage. Padstow, Newquay, Mevagissey, Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are just a few of the great things to see and do whilst staying in this delightful part of Cornwall. The estuary provides canoeing, fishing and dolphin spotting trips, sailing, cycling, horse riding, walking and golf can all be enjoyed locally. Shops 300 yards, pubs 600 yards and restaurant 700 yards..

This was an amazing cottage.

This was an amazing cottage. Fowey is on your doorstep along with many local walks to Ready money Cove. The cottage had everything you would need to make our holiday magical and comfortable.

Have been coming to Haybarn for 10 years but mostly because our dog likes it so much.

Have been coming to Haybarn for 10 years but mostly because our dog likes it so much. Her favourite wood is on the doorstep and beaches (when open to dogs) are within walking distance. She doesn't like the town but those who come to Fowey for the town might find the walk too long and steep.

This is a homely barn conversion in the picturesque harbour town of Fowey.

This is a homely barn conversion in the picturesque harbour town of Fowey. It’s close enough to be able to walk into Fowey with all its great restaurants , cafes , shops and amazing views and also only a 15 minute walk to Readymoney cove. We had some great days out to The Eden Project , Lost gardens of Heligan and Polkerris Beach , all within close proximity to the cottage. The cottage is adequately furnished and feels cosy , only negative is a bit dusty in places and some of the kitchen equipment is a bit grubby so had to clean before using , otherwise perfect ! Thankyou.
