The property has an open-plan living area on the ground floor with doors leading to a sunny garden area with decking and a small lawn, ideal for morning coffee or an evening drink. On site there is a bar/restaurant, tennis courts and a recreation area. The village of St Merryn, which is approximately 1 mile, has a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, including one by Rick Stein. Ideally located, the property is just 5 miles from the popular, medieval estuary town of Padstow, noted for its busy fishing harbour and Rick Stein’s famous restaurants. Across the estuary there is Rock, the magnificent sands of Daymar and a little further, Polzeath. There are 7 bays all within easy reach from the property, with the nearest, Constantine Bay, just 3 miles away. Just a short drive south along the coast is Watergate Bay and Newquay, Cornwall’s liveliest resort, with its Sea Life Centre, zoo and sandy surfing beaches. Shop and restaurant 500 yards, pub 1 mile.
