For the most part, things were great! Good location. Good clean house. Well appointed. The one complaint is that the left side of the bed was sunken down toward the head of the bed. Perhaps the usual occupant only sleeps there? As a side sleeper, this was a big problem for me. The right side was fine. It also worked to sleep from the opposite side -- with our feet where our heads would normally be.

The location was great . That’s really the only plus of this rental. Upon walking in we were hit with a smell , very musty mildewy . Also smelled like old cigarettes. There was sand in the bed and a bottle of lotion under the pillow so clearly the sheets had not been changed/ washed. The bathroom .. the sink never drained and the water that came up and sat had little bugs in it. Baby roaches ? I only say this because in the shower on the ledges were black tubular .. things. Like roach poop ? Everywhere. The shower curtain was stained and the metal things holding the curtain on the rod were completely rusted and broken. In the living room there were two ottomans and an old couch , when I moved the ottomans there were so many old potato chips on the floor hiding , so clearly had not been vacuumed . In almost every room there were water - mildew - rust stains on the ceiling . Really the whole place felt unsanitary and already lived in. They really need to update a bit and hire a new cleaner asap. Very disappointing

Adorable quaint cottage close to the beach and shops

We really enjoyed our stay! Super close to shops and just a few blocks from the beach! The bed was super comfortable and my 13 ye old said the pullout sofa bed was super comfy as well! It was the perfect size place for my family,1 adult and two children ( 9 and 13).

Nice Cottage

My wife and I stayed from Thursday to Saturday. We were looking for something nice and inexpensive. This place checked all the boxes. It was very clean and everything worked. We would stay again.

The property was easy to find, however parking is very limited and tight. The cottage itself was clean. The furniture was less than desirable. The hide a bed couch was extremely uncomfortable to sit on and the mattress was very thin and smaller than the frame, I don’t see how two people could possibly sleep comfortably on it.

Great property

My husband and I had a great weekend getaway at this property. The condo is in a great location, walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. The condo was clean, well equipped, and nice and cool over a hot Texas weekend!
