Welcome to Bay Tree Unit A2, completely remodeled in 2023. This quiet end unit offers privacy with views of the marina, ship channel and Lydia Ann lighthouse. Whether relaxing in the living room watching the 65” TV or from the comfort of the king size bed with 55” TV, you will appreciate the conveniences after a day at the beach, poolside or out & about in town. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the end counter with stool will conveniently accommodate your laptop. The kitchen island with 2 stools allows flexible seating arrangements. Unit has a washer/dryer. Keurig coffee system. Please note that this condo is accessed by two flights of stairs. There is no elevator access. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 standard sized vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.
