Magnificent place in Spoleto

The owners met us and oriented us to the apartment. The place is light, airy, and well-maintained. The terra-cotta floors and fresco remnants are beautiful. The location is convenient to explore Spoleto. It is quiet at night. We had a pleasant stay and give it a very high recommendation.

We were thrilled with the apartment. Very elegant and huge. It was just as the pictures showed it but even better because of the grand spacious feeling. The furnishings are lovely and of high quality and very appropriate to the lovely apartment. The kitchen, although quite small, is very well equipped, and it is possible to prepare a meal without difficulty. The dining table is wonderful, able to seat probably 10, (although there are not 10 chairs). Federica, the owner, was extremely nice, friendly and helpful and very responsive to any requests. My concern prior to arrival was for access to the apartment for unloading luggage from the car and also the parking situation. We could easily stop for unloading in front of the apartment, and Federica supplied parking passes for on-street parking for 5 euros per day. Parking was usually available either at the apartment or in a piazza about 100 yds. away. Once during the week we had to park farther away, but that wasn’t too far. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would return very happily if we are able to return to Spoleto.

Old world beauty

This huge two bedroom two bathroom apartment was perfect for 2 couples. It is reminiscent of past times, with high ceilings, frescos, and antiques. But beds are comfortable and windows let beautiful breezes in during the day but close out sound at night. We had wonderful coffees at Bar Duelle just a minute from our front door.

Wonderful

Apt is spotless, very large, quite, safe, perfect location and filled with beautiful antiques. Federica greeted us and went over apt details and supplied parking pass. Parking is short 3 minute walk. Federica is very Charming. I highly recommend this apt

Tutto perfetto!

Io e i miei amici abbiamo soggiornato presso l'appartamento di Federica per capodanno. La casa è assolutamente stupenda, soffitti alti, cura nell'arredo ed è dotata di ogni confort, non mancava nulla! Federica ci ha accolti con gentilezza e cura nell'ospitalità facendoci trovare una casa calda e pulita. La pulizia della casa infatti è la cosa che ci ha sorpreso di più...niente a che fare con le vecchie case impolverate! Federica da ottima padrona di casa ci ha fornito informazioni utili per muoverci con l'auto in una città che si vive assolutamente a piedi! È stata inoltre molto disponibile con gli orari di check out il primo di gennaio! Che dire... se dovessi tornare a Spoleto non potrei che tornare da Federica! Grazie di tutto!!
