The apartment, located on the first floor, is designed to provide you with an exceptional accommodation experience.



The studio comprises a room that houses the living area, a double bed, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for you to enjoy your days in full. Additionally, it features air conditioning for your comfort. The communal pool, located outside the building and available during the summer season, provides a relaxing space subject to the rules of the community of owners.



For reasons of cleanliness and comfort, we regret to inform you that pets are not allowed in this studio. Additionally, we offer an airport transfer service at an extra charge for your convenience.



It is essential to note that due to the drought in the area, the municipality has announced that water supply may experience cuts starting at 8:00 PM every day, without a specific time for resumption.
