Old farmhouse rehabilitated in rural house with small hotel format, is located 1 km. of Capìleira (La Alpujarra, Sierra Nevada National Park), facing south, in an area of ​​terraces and irrigation, surrounded by chestnut trees and fruit trees and facing the wonderful views of the Barranco del Poqueira, Sierra Lujar, and in the background, its two slopes, the sea.

The house is made of stone and keeping the characteristics of the traditional construction of the area, offers comfortable rooms and apartments which are accessed individually by a small street that divides the construction in two, right next to the "conservatory terrace" where you can enjoy a quiet space to relax or admire the views and also, if you wish we can serve you the infusion, drink or appetizer that you fancy.

All this is surrounded by 4000m. of private land where the pool, gardens, parking and outdoor terraces are located, as well as access to the "Acequia de los Cortijos", which is one of the many hiking trails that you can enjoy in this area.

The total accommodation capacity is 20 seats and are distributed as follows:
- 4 Rooms: 3 doubles and one 2/4 seats
- 2 Apartments: one for 2/4 people and one for 4/6 people

Stone, mud floors and wood on the ceilings are common elements in the decoration, but each one has a different layout and style. All have spectacular views and have central heating, bathroom and television. The apartments are also equipped with kitchen for the most independent.

In our dining room we offer breakfast, lunch and dinner, warm in winter and if you wish outdoors in summer, enjoying the views. Our kitchen is homemade and creative, nourishing us with ingredients in our own garden and fruit trees.
