Questo nuovo 5 Camera 4,5 bagno, 2.265 mq. Ft. casa con, a sud piscina privata è perfettamente situato, a pochi minuti da Walt Disney World a Windsor a Westside. Questo gated resort a 5 stelle è ricco di comfort e di intrattenimento per tutta la famiglia.

La sistemazione spaziosa è disposta su due piani.

Il piano terra dispone di una sala centrale, familiare con camino, 65 "TV intelligente, divano letto Queen, sala da pranzo per 6 a tavola e 4 al bancone. Stato dell'arte, cucina con divertenti extra come un Keurig (portare la vostra birra preferita), pop corn per il caffè, cialde, piastra per frittelle e molto altro completamente attrezzata.

Vi è una suite matrimoniale situata al piano terra con un "Smart TV 32.

Al piano superiore, si trova un re Master Suite con un "Smart TV, una suite matrimoniale con un 32" 48 Smart TV, una camera da letto Topolino a tema doppia con 32 "Smart TV, camera da letto a tema di una guerra stella con letti a castello (full / doppia ) con un "smart TV 32.

Questa casa ha tutto il necessario per i più piccoli. cancelli del bambino per le scale, seggiolone, passeggino, n play pack, tazze sippy, ciotole, cucchiai.

Fuori, al proprio piscina privata, godere di una conversazione di relax, una nuotata o semplicemente godersi la piscina sud. Il calore può essere acquistato nei mesi più freddi e un barbecue può essere affittata.

La club house principale dispone di numerosi servizi. Bellissima piscina, fiume lento, caffè / bar (il mio preferito), un piccolo negozio per l'acquisto di latte e pane. Game Room, parco giochi, campo da basket, campo da calcetto, pallavolo sono tutti sul posto.

Questo edificio è una unità d'angolo abbastanza vicino a tutte le azioni clubhouse ma abbastanza lontano per non sentire tutto il rumore. zona erbosa per i più piccoli per giocare.

We loved this and plan on coming back! The clubhouse was so much fun and loved coming back to a private pool. We had lots of space and close to everything including Disney! We had another family get a house close to us too so all the kids enjoyed and were close!

This place was wonderful. Everything you need. The house pool was amazing and a refreshing end to our day. The club house pool was so much fun. The home was very clean. Kathy was so wonderful and available for anything we needed.

Great property and features!

We had a wonderful stay at this 5-bedroom townhome for our family vacation! The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do, but tucked away just enough to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city. The home itself was very comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It had all the essential appliances and even a few rolls of toilet paper and items to hold you over until you go shopping (an air fryer would’ve been a nice bonus, but definitely not complaining). Our property manager, Kathy, was incredibly communicative, sweet, and helpful throughout the entire process. We’d definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

10/10 we will definitely be back! The house is so beautiful and accommodating! We had ages from 7 to 70 with us and everyone enjoyed the house, and location! The house was large enough to stay with all 8 of us comfortably. The kids lived in the pool, that was a great addition in its self. Only 20 short minutes from all Disney attractions and only 1.5 hours from the beautiful New Smyrna beach! The first floor queen suite was ideal for my mother is has handicap limitations. All the rooms and bathrooms where a great size as well. The house is only about and hour from Orlando Airport.And last but not least.. KATHY was wonderful to speak with and work with as the host of the house.

Amazing for families with kids!

We stayed for 2 weeks at Windsor at Westside and had an amazing time. We have an 8 year old, 5 year old, 2 year old, and 7 month old. The property was spacious, had a lot of extras (box fan, baby monitor, pack and play, stroller, keurig, mickey mouse waffle maker, etc.), and the amenties were really fun. The lazy river was great, we enjoyed the zero entry pool with the waterpark feature for our youngests, and the hot tub was a plus! It was only a short walk (a block) to get to these, so going back and forth for nap time was a breeze. Our host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had and checking in and out was easy. Oh and the outsude patio had really nice seating options, so I could still lay out while the baby napped and the bigger kids could still play in the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Great for Families

Windsor at Westside is a great vacation home for families! Within 30 minutes to parks and close to shopping. The townhouse was clean, spacious and close walk to community pool and clubhouse. Perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. The pool of the townhouse was very small but perfect for us to still have lots of fun. The property manager. Kathy was absolutely fantastic! She was quick to respond and act on any questions and/or issues we may have had.The photos of the clubhouse are outdated as it no longer has a spot to buy basic groceries.There are lots of places to buy groceries within a 10 minute drive though.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this townhouse and would highly recommend it.A big ‘Thank you’ to Kathy for her part in making our stay a positive experience!

Cute place pretty close to parks.

This was a nice home. Kathy was super attentive and checked in on us. The house was just the right size for us. The resort itself had a nice pool and free games room. This place has a lot of glass tables, dishes, etc so if you have really tiny ones this may not be the best for you.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean. We loved the private pool at our condo and also the lazy river and larger pool near the clubhouse. Our grandkid enjoyed the play area. Felt very safe. The property manager was very efficient in providing information and was quick to response to a request. We really appreciated that they provided equipment for a toddler such as a stroller, baby monitor, etc…. Would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay in a Perfect Location

We loved the house and its proximity to the clubhouse! I stayed there with my teenage son and my parents, and it was the perfect setup for us. Everything was exactly as described, making our stay smooth and comfortable. Communication with Kathy was excellent before, during, and after our stay—she was always responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Loved it!

The property was exactly as pictured. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of activities to do in the townhouse and on property. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need, with the exception of baking sheets. The location is very convenient to theme parks, shopping, and grocery stores Kathy was FABULOUS to work with checking in on us on a regular basis. As noted in a previous post, if you are traveling with more than one vehicle, the second car will need to park by the club house which is a short walk away. We knew this before we booked. The clubhouse is a short walk from the rental but it is not well lit at night. This unit is at the end of the building which makes it nice. We were lucky enough to not have neighbors next to us most of the week. The last 2 nights they were there, they were a bit loud on their patio at 11:30 PM This was a great place to relax and have fun. I would highly recommend it.

Awesome Disney Vacay

Our stay at Windsor at Westside was amazing!! The house was exactly as listed. Very spacious and inviting. Kathy was wonderful! The resort amenities and clubhouse were perfect for the kids especially with the rain from T.S. Deby. Will definitely stay here again. 5+ stars in our book.
