Cool Retreat with Pool and Hot Tub, Just 10 Minutes from the Strip!

This is a beautiful home, tucked away just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. You will love the proximity to all the attractions, restaurants, shopping and more!

Please be advised that check-in details will be provided on the morning of your arrival. Kindly check your email for my comprehensive welcome guide containing all the essential information for your delightful stay. Please note that I do not accept bookings from Las Vegas locals.

This stunning property offers a spacious open layout, featuring a bar, dining room, top-of-the-line kitchen, and a living room that opens to the expansive backyard. Enjoy the luxury of a pool, hot tub, two full bathrooms, and four bedrooms, all complemented by high-speed WiFi. Ample parking is available in front of the house, surrounded by beautiful palm trees. The backyard features a covered lanai with a large seating area, perfect for relaxation. Everything inside is brand new and completely renovated, with sleeping arrangements including one king bed, one queen bed, two queen beds, and two queen sofa beds.

For added security, please be aware that there are two cameras on the property: one at the front of the house and one inside the pool equipment room.
The maximum occupancy is eight occupants at any time.
Gas heat for the pool is available at $95 a day, with a two day minimum. Payment must be received prior to pool heat being turned on. The days must be consecutive. Pool heat takes 24 hours to fully heat the pool up. During winter months, it could be longer due to freezing temperatures at night.
Propane refills are NOT supplied for the fire pit.

A cute little house however was disappointed in cleanliness, sheets dirty in one of the bedrooms, bedroom 1 actually lumps in the mattress TV does not work, light out in bathroom. Floors have not been cleaned let my grandson crawl on the floor and he literally had black hands and legs. No access to cleaning supplies besides dish soap. No remote to turn on the hot tub and manual says there should be one for this property. Main shower curtain liner is covered in mold.
