This sea-view property is located in the picturesque fishing village of Marsascala. The penthouse has 3 bedrooms and can sleep a maximum of 7 guests plus 2 infants. The property has its own plunge pool, and terraces with seaviews. The property is located on a side street, just off the seafront and therefore enjoy good side sea-views. The property is air-conditioned and are located just seconds away from the sea. Private parking space is available on request, at a minimal cost. Parking is free on the street. Public transport terminal is a few minutes away. The promenade, town centre, the beach, bars, restaurants and bus stop are just a few paces away. Daily needs shop and confectionery are at a short walking distance. Marsascala has a small harbour which is surrounded with bars and restaurants. Things to do in Marsascala include: beach relaxation, swimming, snorkelling, cycling, night-life, fishing, diving, walking, rural/countryside walks.

The penthouse has three bedrooms, each with a kingsize bed and are air-conditioned. There is also a single sofa bed. Cots are available on request. Please advise when booking.
The main bathroom consists of toilet, bath with hand shower and wash hand basin. The ensuite has a toilet, shower and wash hand basin.
The kitchen has a large fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher and microwave, 4 ring stove, pots, pans, dishes, kettle, toaster, utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery.
The utility room holds a washing machine, an iron & iron board, broom, mop, bucket and cleaning material. A clothes horse is also available in order to dry clothes in secondary balcony.
Dining table accommodates 8 persons. A sofabed is available in the entrance & another in the living room. In the living/dining room there is a TV, a coffee table & free Wi-Fi. The living/dining room is air-conditioned & enjoys seaviews. Outside on the large terraces, you will find a plunge pool, sunbeds, table & chairs and BBQ.

yes apartment was spotless . beer and milk and other treats lovely,sadly at the moment building work going on next door, work started early, the lovely view has gone still a nice terrace, . but was very windy and lots of dust and leaves in pool, not much anyone could do,enjoyed our stay as we love travelling the island,

This property was fabulous. Beautiful, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a great holiday. We were met by the manager who couldnā€™t have been nicer she showed us the property lift and parking spot gave us tips on shopping, beaches to visit and restaurants. The plunge pool was a wonderful addition which we loved coming home to after a busy day sightseeing. The location could not have been better away from the tourists in Sliema and St Julianā€™s Bay. There are plenty of local restaurants with great food and very friendly people that stay open until 10 or 11pm then stroll home along the harbor front. Stop for a gelato or a crepe along the way home. We loved Malta and when we go back we will definitely stay here again!

Fantastisch!

Wat een warm welkom! Alles zag er tip top uit. Heerlijke bedden, fijne badkamers, een nog fijner zwembad en prachtige terassen. Een mooie locatie: niet te druk en binnen 2 minuten zwem je in de zee! We hebben een hƩƩrlijke week vakantie gevierd!

Great Apartment once Construction Site next door is done

Apartment, contact person, area was great. All as described in the add. Lots of construction in the area, one right next door, starting hammering at 7am every day - would double check if this has been finished before staying there again. We did get a 20% discount once we complained but I would have liked to know before. Other than that perfect and would go there again (once construction is done).

Perfect Location

Our hosts were great, greeting us as we arrived and spending time with us to familiarise ourselves with the apartment and area. The apartment was perfect for our family, very clean with a rooftop pool having views of Marsascala and a great quiet location close to all amenities. Underground carpark was a great addition. Highly recommend.

Great property in a quiet location.

Lovely property, has everything you could possibly need. Only issue was building site next door. A bit of noise and dust, but the entire island of Malta seems to have construction everywhere. Other than that rating would be 5*. The property itself is amazing, nice view, lovely rooms, quiet location. Swimming on your doorstep. 3 mins walk to a bus stop and little supermarket for daily needs. Cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Host provided local knowledge and step by step instructions on anything we needed. Would stay again.100%

Superbe logement. Il y a tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin. Piscine fortement apprĆ©ciĆ©e vu les fortes chaleurs que nous avons eues. Bon emplacement. Bars et restaurants pas loin. HĆ“te trĆØs sympathique qui a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer. Rien Ć  y redire. Tout simplement gĆ©nial !

Stay at the Seascape appointment

Our holiday was great the property manager was lovely and friendly. she showed us around the apartment explained how everything goes. The apartment itself is really nice itā€™s situated in a beautiful spot just walking distance to the shops and restaurants beautiful spot to go for evening walks along the foreshore And the lap pool was a god send on those hot hot days The only thing l found was itā€™s a 3 bedroom apartment suited us perfectly but instead of having 3 Double beds you need to have two rooms with two single beds in both rooms as we had l married couple and the others needed a single bed each ā€¦ The latch on the sliding door leading out to the pool are came loose and the ceiling lights need to be fixed in the bedroom near the lounge and the main bathroom ā€¦ also just a suggestion The main bathroom would be good if you had like a small glass partition on the edge of the bath so when using the hand shower thing the water doesnā€™t go everywhere Otherwise we had a great time and would recommend that itā€™s a great place to stay on your vacation ā­ļø ā­ļøā­ļøā­ļøā­ļø

Restful week in Marascala

The property was exactly as described and was comfortable and nicely furnished. It had everything we needed and we particularly liked the two separate outside areas. Very comfortable beds. Our only slight gripe ( and it's very slight) was the water pressure, we had to time showers/bath times to try and maximise on the pressure and it was never great. That could well have been an overall problem in the location or the building, Consuela looked after us very well and we had a great week.

What a fantastic place to stay

We stayed at the penthouse with our family for the week. Itā€™s amazing, not too busy and yet very close to all the amazing places. Consuela is very helpful and always ready to help.

Lovely spacious clean apartment. Really well equipped and presented for 6 people..

Good communication with owner from booking up to arrival. Short drive from airport. Welcomed by the owner and given information on apartment and surrounding area. Good size comfortable bedrooms all with aircon, loads of storage, towels and toiletries. Well equipped kitchen with great size gas bbq on one of the terraces. Views over harbour and just a short walk to the restaurants around the water. Private pool with sun-beds on one of the terraces, not huge but it is described as plunge pool but was bigger than we had expected. Small safe beach within walking distance too. Disappointed to find there was a lot of neglected building plots and building work going on in the town (and throughout Malta) but the harbour area was pretty and not too busy. We didn't have enough time to explore the nearby area more. Good roads into Valletta and north of the island.

Fantastic holiday home

Great welcome by hostess who left us a great selection of tea,coffee,wine,milk etc as we arrived late. Apartment was spotless including terraces and pool and everything was in hood working order. Location is also fantastic Including views. Definitely will recommend and stay here again

I stayed here with 2 friends and this apartment was big, clean and all around wonderful. We spent the majority of our time outside on the two terraces (one with plunge pool) and made a lot of meals in apartment. The kitchen has everything you need as well as a dishwasher which makes cleaning up a breeze. There are shops and restaurants close by so you can easily make your own food or go out for a quick meal. There are loads of beaches within a few minutes walk - so many that we barely left Marsaskala. It is a great area and seems far less touristy than Valletta. After getting back from the beach or any excursion, you can toss your towels and clothes into the washer and dry them on the drying rack on the terrace in no time. The rooms were clean and cool (each with their own AC unit) which is helpful as the weather gets warm. There is plenty of storage and privacy in this big apartment. The views from the apartment of Marsaskala harbor are stunning! We had nearly all meals outside on the terrace enjoying the view - breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sunsets over the harbor are simply beautiful! Long story short, this apartment is a GREAT choice. The owner is extremely kind and answered all our questions while giving suggestions of things to do nearby. We will definitely be back here again.

A fabulous spot - we loved it

This penthouse was the perfect base for our vacation on Malta. The description was accurate, the house, the two terraces and the pool were clean, and the facilities were great. The aircondition worked very well. We enjoyed the wiev over the small harbour and spent hours on the rooftop relaxing in the sun. The Mediterranean is only twenty steps away and is perfect for a swim. Easy to get in touch with the owners who were very helpfull regarding to answering our questions in preparing our vacation. We had a very warm welcoming and the owner had bought us beverage, fruit and bread. We would like to return to this place some day and can recommend it if you want a relaxing vacation in a local place.

My family and I spent a fantastic week in The Penthouse Apartment. The views are wonderful, and so relaxing. The pool was a winner with our young people. We had a lovely meal in Eduardos (upstairs), in Marsaskala, and at the beach restaurant one evening at St Thomas bay. Our son went scuba diving at Dive Med and had a great time. Having hired a car we Idid all the main tourist sites including Gozo. We have stayed in Malta previously but this was the best by far. We would love to return!

A5 Penthouse

This lovely penthouse apartment was exactly as it appeared on the website. It was roomy inside and outside and offered privacy and all the facilities you could want when self catering. We spent a lot of time on the terraces and made good use of the plunge pool and barbecue. The view from the terrace over the harbour is really lovely and the village of Marsascala has a range of restaurants and local shops to meet all daily needs. The bus stop is close by as is a good sized supermarket. The owners were more than helpful both during the booking process and on arrival and departure. Very nice people to deal with and a really relaxing holiday in a beautiful location.
