The house is perfect for families, group stays or company use and close to major transport links into London. Please note that if you wish to book more than 5 guests at the house, there is a fee of £25 per night per guest.

House Rules
We are very relaxed hosts and we hope you will find your stay here relaxing too. However there are a few house rules in place to ensure your safety and security and to make sure you have a great stay.
Security:
The house has outside security cameras and are placed in the front, side and back of the house. These are recording and monitored 24 hours a day. They are for your personal added security and also monitor the driveway where your car will be parked.
Smoking/Pets:
The house is absolutely non-smoking and unsuitable for pets. Smoking inside with the windows open, in the kitchen or in the bathroom with the extractor fan on is a bit like smoking on an aeroplane. Mischievously hiding in the toilet to sneak in a few quick puffs is still gonna get you in trouble ☺ Smoking anywhere in the house will incur a £300 deep cleaning fee. For those of you who do wish to smoke, please use the designated area in the garden where you will find a cigarette bin. Please can we ask that you place your stubs inside the cigarette bin as this will enable the garden to stay clean and tidy. Please do not smoke on the driveway or side path, as the neighbours get upset.
Damages:
All damages and breakages must be paid for. Just as if you were at your friend's house, if a glass or plate breaks it's a small accident and no big deal. Should an item be lost or more serious damage occur such as damage to the property, stained walls or upholstery, soiled floors, bedding, furniture, fittings and household electronics that need specialist cleaning or replacement, you will be expected to cover the cost of repair or replacement. If, after your stay, the house needs unusually extensive cleaning or repairs that go beyond normal wear and tear and as a result of this the house is unavailable for further bookings, a charge equal to a day's stay will be levied for each day that the house is in a non-lettable state as a direct consequence of any damage caused during your stay. If you lose any key, you will be charged for the replacement of the lock.
Life is a Party:
We enjoy a party as much as anyone else and London is the perfect place for it. When we recently refurbished the house, we specifically instructed the builders to do away with the kitchen and install a fabulous bar instead. However, they are sometimes bad at following instructions and built a beautiful kitchen instead ☺ That, coupled with the fact that we live in a lovely quiet neighbourhood and all the neighbours get on very well, unfortunately means you will have to take the party elsewhere. We would be more than happy to provide you with information on the hottest parties in town.
Therefore, the house is let to you on the understanding that it will be for guests' use only. This is in place to avoid any disruption to the neighbours and stop a few spoiling it for the many.
We reserve the right to perform a routine inspection should we receive any complaints from the neighbours that a party is taking place. If the need arises we will use images from the security cameras and pass these on. You will also be in breach of our terms of service and this will result in your reservation being terminated with immediate effect with no entitlement to a refund. In addition you will forfeit your deposit and there will be an added charge of £300 to pay for the extra cleaning.
Functions:
The house has been let on the basis of a maximum of 5 guests. Should you wish to have 2 or 3 friends or family pop round, this is of course ok. However, should you wish to have a function, i.e. barbecue, large family or friends gathering etc, there is an additional charge of £500 per function. This must be pre-approved and the usual neighbourhood guidelines respected as if you were in your own home.
Please be aware that breaking any of the house rules will lead to you forfeiting your deposit.
Check-in:
Check in is from 2pm until 10pm. On the day before arrival, please confirm your arrival time so that you can be met at the house at that time. On the day, if there is a delay, please let ua know as soon as possible since we also have a thing or two to do. Late check in or after hours check in will incur a fee of £20. Early check ins might be possible, but please check with us first.
Check-out:
Checkout is by 11am, including all luggage. Late checkouts might be possible, but please check with me first. We understand that you have been living in the house and enjoying its amenities. We would expect that at check out time, the house is fairly tidy and clean, any crockery is in the dishwasher, any rubbish has been placed in the outside bins, all lights are off and all doors/windows have been locked. This would be greatly appreciated as it helps us easily prepare the house for the next guests.
In Hvar-Croatia, the hotel policy is that if it rains during your summer vacation, they will refund your money. Unfortunately, this being good old England, as much as we would love to do the same, it would soon put us out of business. However, we do wish you a very pleasant stay and please feel welcome in our home and our city.

Hi. My Name is Shully and together with my business partner David, we are your hosts.
After over 25 years of working my socks off in London’s rat race and enjoying many amazing travel experiences, I decided last year to semi retire and am now spending some time in Asia to broaden my horizons.
David has been my business partner and very close friend for over 25 years. He too is very well travelled and excels in property management and hosting. He has many years of experience and uses his knowledge to provide the guests the same high level of hospitality he receives when travelling around the world.
All communication will be done with us. And due to the different time zones, between myself and David, we are available 24 hours a day and you can expect an almost immediate response to any and all enquiries or needs.
