Villa Passion es una atractiva vacación vacacional en una ubicación de ensueño y rural en Kayakoy, Turquía. La verdadera casa de piedra construida con 3 dormitorios con 3 baños y una sala de estar encantadora y bien decorada con área de comedor, gran paso privado en la piscina y jardín mediterráneo, es perfecta para sus vacaciones en Kayakoy - Turquía. El lugar alto para sentarse de madera frente al bosque con vista a la villa y la piscina hace de esta villa ideal para parejas, familias y grupos.

La villa construida en 2 plantas.
En el primer piso se encuentra la hermosa sala de estar diseñada con área de comedor en un ambiente otomano y turco.

Las 2 habitaciones que bajan las escaleras son grandes e individuales, decoradas en diseño mediterráneo. Un dormitorio tiene en traje y 2 camas individuales de madera con acceso al jardín.
La escalera de abajo de la habitación doble está cerca del baño familiar en el piso y también está bellamente decorada.
El 3er dormitorio en suite tiene una gran cama doble de hierro con balcón con vista a la ciudad fantasma.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con todo lo que necesita para una cocina cómoda. La puerta directa de la cocina a la zona de la piscina y la terraza hace que las vacaciones sean tan especiales.

La terraza techada de madera le da a los días muy calurosos un área perfecta para comer, beber vino, leer un libro y relajarse.

Junto a la piscina, tiene una construcción tradicional con una otomana de piedra, que se sienta debajo del árbol más antiguo del jardín. Este árbol tiene más de 200 años y hace que el lugar sea tan mágico y hermoso.

Además, puede disfrutar de las vistas desde la casa de madera del árbol con vistas a la piscina y al jardín, todo ello rodeado de exuberantes jardines.
Villa Passion se encuentra a 10 minutos a pie del histórico pueblo de Kayakoy y a 15 minutos en coche de Fethiye, Ölüdeniz y la playa de Gemiler.

Couples holiday

Lovely traditional villa with great character. All amenities that were required with a good sized pool and various outside seating. Within walking distance of nice restaurants and taxi easy to get to go further a field. Host Arife was attentive and responded to all enquiries almost immediately. She gave good recommendations and helped with any bookings we wished to make. Would recommend for others and would stay again. Carole, Stella, Eddie and Maria

Perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Passion! The house itself was clean and well equipped and it was only a short walk to Kayaköy where there are a few local shops and restraunts. A 15 or so minute drive will get you to Ölüdeniz or Fethyie. The pool area was great and there were nice sports to escape the sun when required. Arife and Oliver were fantastic hosts. They were always on hand when we had questions and always happy to help and give us suggestions when asked. I would love to return in the future to experience more of what the area has to offer. Thanks Arife and Oliver!

Authentic and stylish house in the most beautiful environment

Our experiences with Arife and Oliver and their beautiful house have been perfect. We arrived with freshly made dinner and local wine offered as a welcome gift, Arife had the best tips and advices to explore the extremely beautiful area. The boat trip is highly recommended! Even though multiple villas are quite close to each other, you feel totally free and private because of how the property is structured. The house is simply beautiful, the pool and the seats are even better. We are looking forward to coming back.

A Peace Of Paradise On Earth

Thank you so much that we could stay in your beautiful villa. It is not far from the Ghost town and the lovely restaurants and bars and shops. We enjoyed the walking paths to the cool water bay, to Gemiler and Afkule. We will come back next year. Greetings from Dubai

Delightful little corner of paradise

This was my 3rd stay at this lovely property in this very beautiful location and it won't be my last. My philosophy is that the world is a big place and life is short but I can't help being drawn back here for a relaxing annual break. The village of Kayakoy is only a short walk away and you can experience Turkish village life and hospitality and yet, only a short drive away, you can experience Fethiye, Hisaronu and the gorgeous lagoon and beach of Olu Deniz. And the host and owner of the villa is a wonderful lady who can't do enough to make you feel welcome and can organize airport transfers, car hire and excursions. What more can you ask for ?!

Glorious Family holiday

We visited Villa Passion this year with our two teenage daughters and had the most perfect holiday. From the outset Arife and Oliver were friendly and helpful and answered any queries that we had. Both of them were always there to help when we needed them but otherwise they were unobtrusive and we had complete privacy. We had daily visits from their cute cats and lovely dog which our girls really enjoyed. Arife also arranged airport transfers for us and an unforgettable sunset boat trip. The villa is just as pretty as the pictures and it is set in a private garden with a beautiful pool and two lovely cushioned seating areas. The villa is clean and well maintained and has everything you need with some nice extra touches such as a shower in a tree and fresh water barrels in the kitchen. It is a short walk down a track to Kayakoy village where you can find a variety of friendly, relaxed and quiet bars and restaurants and a good local shop. There is also a great bakery and stalls selling local fruit and vegetables. It was hard to drag ourselves away from the beauty of the villa but we did hire a jeep for a couple of days which was fun as we were able to visit the charming Gemiler bay and Oludeniz. However, we also took advantage of the cheap, regular and air-conditioned buses that run through the area. The closest larger town is Hirosonu which has good supermarkets but is rather brash and touristy. Really couldn't recommend Villa Passion enough, if you want a relaxing, quiet holiday away from a big resort but still want plenty to see and do with local cultures to enjoy it is perfect. In fact, we wish we could have explored more of this part of turkey- it is a little bit of paradise!

Tranquil and a slice of paradise

We found Villa Passion last year when friends that had joined us in Turkey fell in love with the area and when they got home searched on the web for a suitable place for 3 couples. We went to see it while we were still in Hisaronu and decided it definitely was what we wanted. Arrived late at night and the marvellous Arife and her husband Oliver had prepared a delicious welcome meal for us, quite unexpected but much appreciated. The Villa was great for us. One tiny criticism was the lack of cupboard space in the bedrooms but did not spoil our stay at all. Arife and Oliver were always on hand but never intrusive and we requested an Ottoman dinner for 9 (my daughter and 2 of our friends joined us there) which was fantastic and great fun. The Villas are reached by a narrow track ,which at one point is very narrow, but it means there is no passing traffic as the area is well away from any roads and the associated noise. I think it is the perfect honeymoon location. We have been visiting Turkey for 18 years now and Ithink this has been the most wonderful place yet. Highly recommended.

Perfect! Perfect! Perfect!

We hired all 3 villas for our family & friends so that we could hold our wedding here. The villas are in a beautiful & tranquil setting next to the national forest and only 10 minutes walk to Kaya Koy and the famous Ghost Village. Arife & her family offered their own house to host the wedding ceremony & the wedding meal both of which were absolutely perfect. We left all the details to her and it could not have been more perfect. Definitely a wedding to remember. The villas have everything you need but if you do happen to need anything extra Arife is always on hand to provide it, along with advise on the local area, best beaches, activities & trips. Each villa has it's own pool and are secluded enough so if you were to hire just one villa you would not know that anyone was occupying the others, but also close enough to hire them all out for a bigger group like we did. There was plenty to keep the children happy and occupied, the pools, the wildlife, the village & trips to Fethiye & Olu, both of which are only a 15 minutes drive from Kaya. I cannot recommend these villas highly enough, the location & accommodation are perfect but Arife & her family make it extra special.

A little slice of paradise !

If you're looking for wild nightlife, clubs & bars heaving with sweaty sunburned tourists and all the usual tat from those holiday resort towns that you can find all over the Med, then this is not the place for you ! If you want a little slice of paradise in the Kaya valley with a beautiful villa, fabulous pool, attentive and helpful owner living next door who can help and arrange everything from airport transfer, car hire, recommended excursions (and bookings), restaurants etc. then this is indeed the place for you. Kayakoy is a beautiful village with beautiful friendly people, excellent cafes and restaurants, shops, village baker and fruit stall ; everything for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The walk from the villa to the village along a lovely country lane that comes out in the ghost village is another little joy of the holiday. If you want more, Fethiye, Hisaronu and Oludeniz are only a short drive, taxi or dolmus (bus) trip away. All in all, this is the most perfect villa in the most perfect place with the most perfect host. Anyone who thinks Turkey is not safe to visit must be thinking of a long way from the Kaya valley and the 'value for money' with the Turkish Lira exchange rate is another added bonus that makes a holiday here a 'no brainer'. You won't be disappointed ! Thanks a million Arife. We will be back yet again !

Very nice stay in Villa Passion

The Villa is great! The masterbedroom is very nice. So are the other bedrooms. The pool is clean and the water is warm. The house is at walking distance of the town where you can buy your bread, fruit etc. Arife is nice: she waited for us at our arrival in the evening with a great meal. I recommend this place!

Holiday in tranquillity and seclusion

We were captured by the photographs of the villa when we first saw it advertised and it did not disappoint, it was private and secluded yet only ten minutes walk from the village, where everyone was so friendly. Arife the owner could not have done more and we would recommend this property to everyone. Everything was as it was described and it made for a perfect getaway!

Truly relaxing stay in a lovely secluded villa.

Villa Passion is a lovely secluded place to stay in Kayakoy. It is spacious and the pool area is lovely and enjoys a pretty setting. It is an easy walk along the track to the village which has all the essentials but is only a short drive to Fethiye for supermarkets etc. We discovered the bread sold by the chap who has a stall on the main road near the entrance to the road to the villa. It is like a sourdough and really delicious, you will have to ask for it and a whole loaf is huge but he will half it for you. All in all a really lovley relaxing holiday. Arife is very attentive when you need her and very kind and helpful. We look forward to returning again.

Wonderful Holiday

We had a wonderful holiday at passion villa, Arife was a fantastic host who couldn't do enough for us, The villa its self was perfect in every way with a lovely pool and BBQ area situated in a beautiful and peaceful location. The village of kayakoy is about a 5 min walk where there are a few shops and restaurants, Hisaronu is 10min away by dolmus all in all we had a wonderful holiday and intent to return next year.Thank you so much Arife.

Absolutely Gorgeous!

We had a fantastic week at Villa Passion with our 3 grown up children ( aged 26, 22 and 18) . They class it as the best holiday we have had together and one of the nicest villas we have visited . Arife and Oliver were just amazing hosts, generous and friendly , they were always there to answer any questions and were so helpful in making our holiday so enjoyable. The villa was absolutely lovely both inside and outside and set in a beautiful quiet location . The house is very well maintained, beautifully furnished and comfortable . The bedrooms are all a good size with lovely bathrooms . The top floor is just lovely with a huge space and its own balcony . It was hard to move away from the lovely pool and outside area. There was a lovely breeze which helped us when it was so hot . Everyday a nice man cleaned the pool and took our rubbish away. We were able to walk to the town and enjoyed eating out in a number of local restaurants .Everyone was so friendly and it was so relaxed. Whilst we felt we were in the beautiful countryside we also were not far from the towns of Fethiye and Oludeniz, both very easy drives away . We enjoyed a boat trip, the local beaches, the local market and so much more. A truly lovely villa in an idyllic setting. I would highly recommend this villa.

absolutely brilliant!!!!!!!

like staying in paradise, turn one way from the villa and your on the beach turn the other way and your in town which has everything...both places taking around 5min in a car, or just stay where you are with jaw dropping views. then a little walk down a side path to some nice restaurants, my favourite was the 'Antique restaurant'. highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing *****

Arife was the best host we could wish for , The minibus couldnt get down the track to the villa so Arife waited for us in her pickup at 03:30 in the morning and drove us to the villa. when we arrived there was a meal prepared and all set out (which was beautiful) the villa was really lovely inside and out. we struggled to tear ourself away from the villa and poolside it was so lovely, arife organised a jeep safari and horse riding for us and it was brilliant, she couldnt do enough for us was so helpful and ful of really good advice, nothing was enough trouble a truly lovely genuine lady. there are lots of good restraunts muzzys place was our favourite and capspers was really good too.we went to cinbals too which was a fab cook it yourself bbq all at very good prices.arife organised 2 ladies to come to our villa and make turkish pancakes on our bbq in the garden which was lovely, my daughter even learnt how to make them.i would recommend this villa to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday and stress free. we even managed to find a few tortoises on the track at the back of the villa leading to the village.

Wonderful holiday at Villa Passion!

We have recently returned home after a fabulous week at Villa Passion which I can safely say is one of the nicest holiday homes we have ever stayed at. It was perfect from the first moment to the last, and we were super grateful to our warm and generous host Arife who looked after all of our needs and even cooked a fantastic meal for us to coincide with our arrival at 11.30pm at night! The villa is in a stunning location and the whole effect is beautiful. The house is traditionally and simply decorated but it has a charm of its own. The bedrooms are all generous and comfortable and the beds were excellent. Bathrooms were very nice too. The outside patio area was lovely and the pool just fantastic. The raised Ottoman seating area is a delight, with a nice breeze blowing through and keeping everyone cool enough even in the August heat. The track to the house takes a little getting used to but is fine and once you've done it once or twice it is actually quite a fun adventure! Kayakoy village is a treat and the valley in which it sits is stunning. This villa was definitely 'heaven on earth' as a previous contributor has said, and we will I think break a habit of a lifetime and return to the same holiday home twice! Thoroughly recommended.

An exceptional villa in a wonderful location.

A wonderful welcome awaits visitors to this house which is skillfully managed and maintained to the highest standards. The gorgeous, private gardens and pool are attended to daily and the owner is extremely helpful and efficient. This is no ordinary villa as it's furnished with a very personal touch and perfectly blends together luxury and tradition.. You can experience the style, charm and comfort of real Turkey. There's a lot to do in the area for all ages and a good variety of beaches nearby if you can bring yourself to leave the pool and lush gardens, that is! Good restaurants are close, too, so you have the best of both worlds in a rural location.A truly magical combination of excellent customer service and an idyllic villa and setting. Highly recommended if you are looking for a totally relaxing villa holiday, away from mass tourism.

Simply lovely

This is a fantastic villa in the most beautiful surroundings. The inside of the villa is simple but has everything you need. The outside is simply wonderful. Loads of seating areas, a great pool, lovely gardens and all really well looked after . Arife and Oliver are perfect hosts, they are both incredibly helpful.

Wonderful villa in a glorious location

This is our fourth time visiting Turkey, although this was the first time we stayed in Kayakoy. Villa Passion is a fantastically located, gorgeous villa with the most wonderful outdoor area. We were so impressed by the quality of the villa, and we found the landscaped outdoor area to be just perfect in the hot weather. The pool is large and clean, and the traditional Turkish treehouse was perfect for sitting in, overlooking the kids in the pool, catching the breeze. Mr Ali was there every morning cleaning up the pool and taking out the rubbish which was very helpful. Arife was a fantastic host, and when we arrived, not only was the fridge stocked with a few essentials, but she had also cooked us a meal. That has never happened before in all our years of villa renting! It was much appreciated. She also kindly invited us for dinner later on in our stay. Such a gracious host. The location of the villa is perfect for a short stroll through the ruins of Kayakoy, which is a marvellous place to explore. It also has various restaurants (a few with child-friendly pools) which are not only good value, but many have great meals, such as The Blue Butterfly and Cin Bal. We returned on various evenings and were not disappointed. When not hanging out at the pool, or reading in the shady treehouse, or finding tortoises in the garden, we drove to Gemiler Beach, Olu Deniz and Fethiye for the markets. All locations were very close, and convenient, the car was cheap to run, and the beaches were stunning. The water is breathtaking. Just down the road a few minutes from the villa is a family who run a food stall and we bought things off them pretty much every day. They make their own bread which was wonderful, and harvest their own sea salt from the rocks and grow their own vegetables and fruit. They invited us into their home and gave us tea and cake and we were just so pleased to have met them. All in all, this is a villa I can only recommend. We will be returning next year and we hope to invite lots of friends to the area. It is as good as it sounds and the photos don't really do it justice.

A little slice of paradise

From the moment we arrived at Villa Passion we knew that this was going to be a special holiday. Arife, who owns the villa - the most fantastic hostess in the world! - was waiting for us with a simply fantastic breakfast spread when we arrived at 5.30 in the morning. 5.30!! It was lovely to feel the pride with which Arife showed us around the villa, and it was well deserved. Simply but very tastefully decorated inside and an absolute paradise outside. The gardens were someting to behold, from the carefully cared for plants to the lovely, relaxing ottoman (?) near the beautiful pool. It is a little off the beaten track, so would recommend a car, but we had the most wonderful time there, the best of our 5 visits to Turkey. And even when we were supposed to check-out and I had messed up the dates, Arife stepped in again. Her hospitality and kindness must be legendary! And like Arife, I suspect Villa Passion will become legendary too!! Can't wait to return....

Picture Perfect Home and Vacation!

For travellers, you never know if the pictures you receive of a location are true to form. In the case of Villa Passion, the pictures do not even do the place justice. This is a beautifully clean and maintained property,with all the amenities to enjoy time out in the country, from candles, to kitchen utensils, to an outside fireplace to cook dinner. The place itself is located down a winding country road, and while you feel removed from the city, in reality it is a short walk or drive into the small town of Kayakoy (the best of both worlds!). Whether sitting on the deck watching the sunset, walking in the nearby ruins, or taking a 10 minute drive to the sea, the Villa is the perfect base, I liked it so much I will take my family back.

A LITTLE PIECE OF HEAVEN WITH A SPRINKLE OF MAGIC

We were looking for a place to stay to mend our broken hearts after our Millie passed away. We found it. Villa Passion is a warm feeling, very large, clean, spacious villa, at the end of the drive with no passing cars or people, fantastically clean and well maintained pool, large garden, cushioned den, where we watched movies at night by moonlight on our Ipad whilst sipping winde. Wonderful. The owener Arife does live next door but she does not bother you at all, you have total privacy. She is so helpful if you need anything and she is the most amazing cook as we did have dinner with her one night, that lady is talented and so so lovely. She is very kind and was unfazed by us having to call her at 2am on arrival and patiently found us to show us in, awaiting us at 2am was a homecooked meal to eat at our leisure. At the end of the garden is a narrow footpath which takes you into Kayakoy so you dont need to take the car out for dinner or drinks. Kayakoy is very relaxe and very different from the built up tourist towns close by. We genuinely want to go back and have a little bit more of that special magic the place has and encourage anyone else to do the same. We wish them every success with their lovely business venture and hope that she does offer cooked dinners upon arrangement more often as she is a great cook. We adore dogs and there are two friendly dogs who occasionally visit, but if you didnt like dogs they would be kept well away, we love dogs and enjoyed their sweet company.
