An impressive, contemporary villa located in the area of Kolymbari near the town of Chania. It is constructed according to the principles of bioclimatic architecture and combines design and functionality offering all modern amenities in a vintage and country feel environment.

The villa has 4 en suite bedrooms that can sleep 8 guests, comfortable living areas and a fascinating outdoor space with a well-kept garden, two private swimming pools (one for adults- one for children) and amazing panoramic views of the beautiful landscape.
The ground floor consists of an entry hall, a stylish living room, the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. On this floor there are also two bedrooms, each with its private bathroom and a furnished veranda.

Stairs lead on the upper level where there is a master bedroom en suite with a tub bathroom and veranda with stunning views of the surroundings.

From the ground floor another staircase leads to the lower ground level where a double bedroom ensuite is available with a well equipped gym, a storeroom with washing machine and dryer and a wine cellar with a selection of Cretan and Greek wines.
From the living room you may access the outdoor terrace with its stylish and comfortable built-in corner sofas, soft and cosy pillows and wooden furniture. Next you will find a dining area with monastery style table, BBQ, wood-burning oven and outdoor kitchen.

The villa has two private swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, an outdoor shower and comfortable sun beds. The magical scenery completes with the beautiful lawn garden with colorful flowers, local trees and an organic vegetable garden.
