About this property

Villa Javier La Palma

Great Villa of 300m2, located on a farm of over 10,000 m 2 between the Llanos de Aridane and El Paso. As owners and builders of the same we wanted to give a seal of quality throughout the design process, construction, furnishing and gardens for your use and enjoyment. In the exterior you have a nice pool, a large barbecue area, a covered porch on the terrace, plus a nice garden. The housing of recent construction consists of a large living room and open kitchen, four double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms.
A perfect Villa to spend alone, as a couple, with family or friends and enjoy a relaxing vacation in a very central place and at the same time very quiet, with spectacular views of the valley, the sea and the mountains.
For very cold days we have a large wood stove in the living room.
Also under payment of 30 euros / day you can have central heating with radiators in all rooms.

Very nice villa with panoramic view, well located and with nice hosts

We stayed 2 weeks in this very nice villa. It is very very spacious and recent, and has all the comfort you need, very well equiped with modern appliances. The plot around the villa is also quite big and very well maintained (lots of plants, flowers, etc). Very quiet area, outside of the village (so you'll need the car to go to the shops). The terrace and the swimming pool offer a very nice panoramic view on the surroundings, with the sea and the mountains at the background. The hosts, Steffen and Maria are very nice people, friendly and helpfull. Always available if you need something. The location of the villa on the island is good, it's quite centric so you can reach the different attractions & walks within 1 hour of drive (sometimes a bit more due to very twisty roads). It's located on the West coast of the island, so it's always sunny, you'll escape from the clouds which stay on the East coast, blocked by the mountains. In short, 100% recommended on every aspects :)
