Situated on rue Bonaparte in the heart of the ultra-chic Saint-Germain des Prés district, this spacious second floor (1 floor above ground level, with elevator) two and half bed apartment will be your comfortable and elegant oasis right in the beating heart of Paris's most stylish neighborhood.
The apartment can accommodate 5 adults and 2 children (sleeping on sofas).
The comfortable and elegant living and dining areas are decorated in pale shades of gold and grey. Each bedroom offers either one king or two single beds as required, with a single bed and a convertible chair bed situated in a separate sleeping area off the entry. The master bedroom benefits from an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, separate shower stall and WC. A further shower room and separate WC are located near the second bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment is centrally heated, air-conditioned and features a washing machine and separate dryer. Wifi throughout.

I enjoyed my stay here so much! The apartment itself is beautiful. The property photos are accurate. The greeter, Mrs. Aries, is very nice. She met me at the apartment and showed me how everything works. The location within Paris is fantastic! The apartment is within walking distance of the musée d’Orsay and the Louvre. There are also multiple grocery stores and pharmacies nearby, which made it super convenient.

The location of this apartment was absolutely amazing. We walked everywhere and could have a great dinner (and post dinner crepe) all within a block of the rental. The layout provided plenty of space and the two rooms each had two twins that could be separated or pushed together. In the entry way, there is also a single bed that worked well for my son and while the room worked fine, there isn’t privacy for changing, etc. One bedroom has a en-suite bathroom and there is also a shower room with a sink and a separate toilet room. There is a staircase to access the apartment and the apartment itself is all on one level with no steps inside the unit. The decor in the apartment could use an overhaul, minimizing clutter and large pieces of furniture. We would definitely stay here again!

I have two suggestions/disappointments. The kitchen lacked simple everyday tools for minimal cooking. Lots of cutlery/china. But no wine bottle corks, one measuring cup. No storage jars , for example, for home made salad dressings. No water pitchers…These are simple things but would help. Someone has to review kitchen supplies. Otherwise a very beautiful and comfortable space.

amazing location and very comfortable. slept soundly every night before our day. beautifully appointed, its one of the few properties that look even better in real life! The property manager was also very reachable and prompt in answering our questions. One of the perks is the le deux magots and cafe de flore are literally a 3 min walk down the stairs and past a pedestrian plaza. so we could go in the morning when it opened before all the crowds arrived. The church of St Germain de Pres was also in the same small plaza. Monoprix was a block away, making supplies easy to obtain.

We had such a wonderful time in Paris and absolutely loved our stay here. The owners were kind, welcoming, and very helpful in their communication.
