Everything you need is here! Just pack your clothes, Golf Clubs, and you are ready to enjoy your time in the sunny state of Florida.

Cypress Woods is a private gated community that has immaculate grounds, 2 swimming pools, tennis court, pickle ball courts, clubhouse with a dining room and bar area as well as a fitness center. These facilities are within a short walk from our unit. All amenities are included in your rental. All amenities are included with your membership transfer.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 full bath with den overlooks the 18th fairway. The unit is located on the second floor with minimal steps and a 2 car garage. A total of 6 people can be accommodated.

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and walks out to the lanai. The Master Bathroom has two sinks, soaking tub and shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom. The den has a queen size sleep sofa with solid doors for privacy.

All bedrooms have tv's and there is a new smart TVs in the family room. Wi-Fi is provided throughout the unit.

For those that have work to do while visiting, we have a desk in the den for your comfort.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you might need. You just need to provide the food. The breakfast nook seats 4 and has direct access to the lanai.

The family room is over sized with cathedral ceilings and plenty of seating. The formal dining room seats up to 8 people.

We are close to major retailers and Interstate 75. Minutes to the beach and shopping!

You may receive UPS and FedEx mail at the condo. USPS mail is NOT available.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Comfortable, spacious condo in a great location with wonderful owners!

We stayed in this condo for the months of January and February. We loved the location within the community. It is on a quiet street and within walking distance of pickleball, golf, swimming and the clubhouse. There are a lot of activities and social events and we met so many nice people during our stay there. We also loved the proximity to local businesses, Interstate 75 and other major roadways. We didn't have to drive far to get to Target, Walmart or Publix to name a few stores. The condo was very comfortable and spacious with plenty of closet space. It was well stocked with everything we needed and more! We were especially impressed with the good quality towels and linens, and the use of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler, etc. The owners made us feel at home in their space. They were so accommodating and very accessible. We had one minor problem which they took care of immediately. Michelle was very thoughtful, approachable and we found her so easy to work with! This is our third year of renting in FL. There is only one condo we would definitely return to and that is this one! Thank you, Michelle, for making our stay so enjoyable!

Great vacation

This ranks as one of the best properties we have ever rented through VRBO. The property owner obviously took great care in Everything to do with the property from assuring the check in process went well, through furnishing and equipping the property with Everything one would need for a memorable stay. Everything was absolutely excellent! We loved it.

My wife and I spent January in Cypress Woods and had a wonderful time. The community, Villa and Michelle, the owner, were all outstanding. The Villa is appointed with everything you need including all new spices! The amenities are a short walk and the membership transfer fee is the best deal in Naples. We will be returning for 2 months in 2023. Thank you Michelle.

This is a delightful immaculately clean vacation condo.

I enjoyed the sunny skies and comfort of this Cypress Woods condo during April of this year. It is located a short convenient walk to the full service Clubhouse and pool. The linen and cookware , table ware and appliances are all new and high quality. The second floor back Lanai is nicely furnished for you to enjoy the wonderful sunsets.

There is a great deal to do from golf, pickle ball, tennis, swimming at the pools or going to the beach. There is plenty to do around town - antique shopping, attend the theater and much more!

Cypress Woods Golf & Country Club is a private gated community that is well maintained with outstanding facilities. You really could stay on the property and enjoy your time without going anywhere else!

What makes this property unique

Golf, gym, swimming pools, tennis, pickle ball, Clubhouse Dining Room and Bar are all within walking distance from our unit. This is a walking community, so if you like to walk, you will enjoy the paths that will safely guide you around the development.
