¡¡Excelente ubicación!! , Muy exclusivo de 4 dormitorios y 4 baños en un canal con GOLF ACCESS POOL HOME con kayaks para explorar, que tiene capacidad para 12 y está a solo 3 millas de la playa, ubicado cerca de todas las tiendas, restaurantes, playas y actividades. Perfecto para un plan de piso entretenido pero maravillosamente fluido, adecuado para la vida diaria. La casa tranquila y privada se encuentra en los árboles en un canal tranquilo que le brinda la sensación relajante de estar lejos de todo, pero está convenientemente ubicado en el corazón del codiciado norte de Nápoles. We had 4 generations stay. Plenty of room for family time and also room to spread out.

Owner very friendly and hands on . Checks in to make sure everything is to your satisfaction and that you have everything you need. Would definitely rent from this owner again.

Family Vacation

There were some things needing repair but Anthony explained he was in process of listing the home for sale. He was very responsive to all of our questions. We loved having different areas of home to spread out the family, lots of space. Our kids really enjoyed the kayaks & fishing in the canal!

Wonderful spacious house in a great location!

The house and grounds are very spacious and beautiful. The location is ideal- near restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, and the beach. A beautiful screened in pool and relaxing hot tub add to its appeal. The massage chair was amazing and the arcade games and pinball machines were loads of fun. Plenty of room for families to have privacy with four bathrooms and four bedrooms and then gather together in the roomy open concept living room, kitchen and dining area. There are also several nice sitting areas outside with ample chairs. The owner answered questions and concerns promptly. We had a wonderful experience living in this house for the week and would highly recommend it.

Great property for several families to stay.

No need to leave the property. The pool and hot tub were a fun daily activity for the kids. Teens enjoyed sunning themselves on the upper deck and dock, they even took a "cruise" down the canal on the included kayaks. Kitchen/living room was spacious and comfortable. Three different areas for bedrooms. we had grandparents in the king, a family with young children down the other hall. Teens had a room to themselves and we stayed downstairs in the double-double bedroom attached to the game room/2nd living area near the pool! Very spaceous! Great property and hope to visit again!

Great communication from host

The host made every effort to get the house ready after the hurricane but unfortunately we were not able to stay due to ongoing repairs. The host communicated the status as reservation date approached and then processed a full refund when the home ended up not being ready in time.

Mom's 90th birthday Celebration

This property is huge and wonderful for large groups! In general the house was very clean, a little updating would be nice but overall everything was there and working wonderfully! The pool was awesome, clean and we used it everyday, as well as the hot tub! The property was well manicured, the only thing I would say is landscapers should maybe blow down the pathways and decking because its so beautiful but we didn't use much of it for that reason. We had a large group and there was plenty of room for all. I would definitely use this property again or recommend to a friend. The owner was very accommodating to our needs and when we asked questions he answered right away! Loved this vacation and very thankful for the opportunity to have it at this location! Thank you!

Terrible Experience – Do Not Book!

This was one of the worst vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed at. The property was nothing like the listing—dirty, poorly maintained, and full of issues:- Personal belongings left everywhere, even a car parked outside.- Filthy outdoor area and a dirty pool.- Broken beds and dusty ceilings.- Overwhelming humidity smell throughout the house.- Non-functional game machine.- Cockroaches and bugs inside.- No hot water and poor water pressure.One of our guests had to leave early due to severe allergies triggered by the house’s condition. We immediately reported everything to VRBO, but they advised us not to leave or we could lose our money and deposit. We stayed the full 5 days while constantly following up, hoping for a resolution—Vrbo contact us and now we waiting for the solution.If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this property at all costs!

Not Impressed

We were a group of friends in town for a wedding. This place seemed to check the boxes of what we were looking for. However, we really were under impressed. It was outdated, needs maintenance issues addressed, didn’t have a heated pool or working hot tub as promised (neither the pool or the “hot tub” ever heated up and we couldn’t enjoy these at all, which is super frustrating seeing as that was a big reason we booked this house) and was all around just kind of ghetto. We made the best of it. But I would NOT recommend it. Oh, and be sure and read carefully -there are not 5 bedrooms. There are 4 and 1 family room where you are out in the middle of everyone coming and going. It’s not a bedroom. We would have shut the doors to provide at least some privacy but they were broken and leaning up against a wall…. Again, wouldn’t recommend.

the property is extraordinarily overrated.. serious hole in the ceiling and overall very musty sticky,, we found other accommodations and did not stay there. the owner offered no concession and should never be trusted

Cool ‘Jungle’ feel

This unusual property has a very Florida tropical setting on a river/canal, but in the midst of a pretty neighborhood, very conveniently located near beaches, restaurants,m and parks.

Good place for adults and families of older children.

Although some repairs need to be done , ie. screen doors, replaced or re-screened, and TV on first floor didn’t have channels for young children ( which is the best area to put parents snd small children), the pool was nice, kayaking on the canal was great.

Cool place!

We enjoyed our stay here very much! We came in to Ft.Myers for Baseball Tourn. 5 parents and 5 players. This home had everything we needed and more. Was clean, well stocked and homeowner was great and always quick to respond to any questions. Strange how it feels so private in a neighborhood, has beautiful vegetation and decking out back. Great pool and hottub area. We cooked 2 of the 3 meals daily, kitchen was stocked very well. LOTS of room in kitchen/dining/living. We will for sure check it out again if we play in FL again! Thank you again for sharing your gem with us!!

Cleaning

Everything was ok, the house look nicer in the picture than it already is. There was some spiders and coaches in the patio next to the pool, house needs some tlc, out needs to be cleaned. There was a smell outside in the back. We couldn't used the pool the first day. But we called the property manager, and he did send someone to clean it, we were able to use it the next day in the afternoon. We have funs anyway.

Unique and spacious. Worth the stay!

Highly recommend this house. It is very spacious. The teens felt like they had their own apartment downstairs. The canal is awesome. We caught a crab and a few fish. The boys floated down the river. Neighbors were friendly. Close to shopping. The showers are incredible. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, we even had sunscreen, shampoo and conditioner waiting for us. When it rained we were able to sit by the pool as there is a covered picnic area. If you like nature this is the place.
