This Chalet features 4 Apartments with 8 sleeping rooms for 16-27 persons, 5 bathrooms, 4 kitchens, private sauna, ski storage room with ski boot dryer.

1 dining room with lounge to eat together as a group.

The entire garden area is a giant playground for young and old. Plenty of toys, a basket ball area, suspension bridges, 2 swings, a slide, monkey bars, a seesaw, a climbing tree, a big trampoline, a tree house, a sand pit and a lot of kettcars offer everything a kid's heart could possibly desire.

And for parents: Deck-chairs, tables and benches, a bower and 2 hammocks between some cosy trees are awaiting you in the garden – just relax und unwind. Don’t be afraid: Your children cannot go away from our surrounded garden area.

In the winter, three ski resorts, numerous cross-country skiing trails and a diverse programme are available for every taste:
- Saalbach – Hinterglemm with 270 km of Ski slopes is 10 minutes away (direct ski bus shuttle stop)
- Zell am See with 150 km of ski slopes (2 km away, direct ski bus shuttle stop)
- Glacier Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun is 15 minutes away



Enjoy farm stays in our nearby farm, with horse riding, feeding animals,...
Our tip at 8.00 am: Fresh eggs every morning... Young guests can enjoy a tour of the hen stable together with the farmer's wife, and collect the freshly laid eggs for breakfast. What a wonderful experience!
