About the property

The Lodge at Jackson Fork Ranch will surpass all expectations with luxurious accommodations and room to spread out, with sweeping views of the mountains and mountain meadows, a place to get away from it all while having it all.

Nestled in the Hoback Mountain Range with the Hoback River running along the property, sits our exquisite lodge. Look out the back window and watch as hawks soar through the sky with the mountains and meadows as their back drop. Upon arrival you will be greeted by a stream running along the front of the property with a waterfall, not one feature has been overlooked. This is the place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life, yet without forsaking modern amenities with a touch of elegance.

The lodge boasts four bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom, with the personal master suite located on the top floor with a 180 degree view. The lodge is great for large groups or family gatherings as it allows for privacy and has ample space, breathtaking views included! The lodge is three level, the kitchen and living room on the main level, a master suite upstairs, and a lower level, with two bedrooms and a family room. The lodge is able to comfortably sleep 8 people.

The chef's kitchen offers everything a cook would need! Whether you are having an event catered or cooking a feast for the crew, it is fully stocked. There is cutlery for twelve, pots and pans, and both a Kuerig coffee maker as well as a Zojirushi coffee machine. The dining rooms is situated adjacent to the kitchen with a dining room table that seats eight, with hand carved, high-back chairs.

There is a full service office space for your personal use. It is adjacent to a sitting private sitting deck that overlooks the meadow. The space can also be used by the avid fly fisher to tie fishing flys.

The lower level of the lodge has a comfortable family room with a gas fireplace, and french doors leading to the outdoor space. Our favorite quality of the lodge is the outdoor space. The back patio boasts a built-in barbecue, a custom built Jacuzzi tub that overlooks the valley, and a sauna for those cooler nights.

Bondurant tends to to get a good amount of snow. You will be pleased to know there is a heated two car garage for both vehicles and recreational vehicles to be parked.

White bison, longhorns, Percheron horses, miniature donkeys, and swans, all call the ranch home.

The lodge is a prime location for a wedding, family reunion, or other special event.

Hiking, mountain biking, lake access, and bird watching are all close by.

Free bison feeding available upon request with 72 hours notice.

Wagon pull and horse outfitters are available. Please contact for pricing.

We had a beautiful and a great family stay. The place was super, plenty of room for everyone and a big gathering place for family dinner and time.

Really great place to kick back

  • 5 of 5

It's a treat but it's worth it for a special occasion. This is a beautiful, secluded property in very nice countryside. The inside is immaculate, with plenty of space and everything you'd ever need. The hot tub was big enough to pass as a swimming pool for my two young kids too. The staff are very responsive and lovely people, if you need to call on their help at all.

The bison feeding is a must - we all really loved that.

Bring all your own supplies as it's a long way back to pick up anything missed out.

Great location for some much needed R&R!

  • 5 of 5

We traveled to Bondurant in early August for a family vacation with some friends and needed a large house to spread out in and a base to visit some of the local sites. We found the perfect location in the Jackson Fork Lodge.

Communication with Adam, the ranch manager, was awesome and he forewarned us that we were 50 minutes from the nearest grocery store, so we stopped in Pinedale on the way in and got the essentials for our stay. We arrived and were absolutely stunned at the beauty of the lodge and the ranch we would call home for the next several days. Even our 15 year old daughter gave us a thumb's up.

We traveled to Jackson Hole and did a river float on the Snake River one day and also traveled to Yellowstone to take in the park, but we also just spent a day at the lodge relaxing and catching up.

The lodge itself was well supplied with pantry items and linens for the stay, and our friends even commented how much better it was supplied than many of the other rentals they had visited. There were games for the kids, glassware for beverages for the adults, and plenty of space inside and out for all.

The ranch was spectacular and it is about a 10-15 minute drive off the main road to get to it, but the road back, while gravel, is in great shape and you get to see the ranch on the way. The ranch has a herd of bison that the farm manager Antonio was kind enough to take our families on a flatbed trailer and let us feed. A truly one of a kind experience.

The only issue we had was with the hot tub as we had trouble getting it up to temperature. Adam is aware of the problem and is working to fix it. Definitely not a vacation buster by any means!

For the fishermen out there (I am not) there was a nice fly tying rig in the den and upon talking to Adam there is some great fishing to be had on the river that runs through the ranch.

If you are looking for a vacation where you can get away, relax, see some beautiful country all while enjoying luxurious and well appointed accommodations, you will find it here!
