Very nice trip

Quick response and very kind and accommodating host. The studio is big enough for two and for a few days. Very well located, close to streetcar, metro and bus. Clean and easy to get in and out. Would recommend.

Over 90 Fahrenheit and AC nonfunctional

The apartment is nice and clean and the owner graciously allowed an early entry. The beach location nearby is very urban and not the greatest, it’s just a beach. The apartment is very small, can barely be called a one bedroom. The bathroom door doesn’t fully close. Worst of all, during our stay the temperature inside was over 90 degrees Fahrenheit and after following the AC instructions provided, the AC didn’t work, and then contacted the owner and it still didn’t work, or if it did was barely functional. Attempted to contact owner during AC issues and by the time he responded, we had had enough and left as it wasn’t worth the torture of a hot and humid apartment. I would not recommend this place unless it’s the winter and you don’t mind a very very small place. If budget is an issue, look for hotels nearby, you’ll find comparable rates.

Apreciada Elie, lamento leer sus comentarios cuando todo absolutamente todo está publicado en mi anuncio: el barrio y su composición cultural, el tamaño del apartamento, así como las condiciones del apartamento espacio por espacio. Lamentablemente y como le expliqué en su día, usted confundió el el sistema de calefacción con el del aire acondicionado que son distintos. Digo siempre que los huéspedes deben hacer uso de su sentido común para operar los aparatos del apartamento o leer las instrucciones y manuales a su alcance, en vuestro caso, nada de eso ha funcionado, con lo fácil que es, lo cual no me extraña luego de leer sus relatos. Mi consejo es que lea, lea y piense antes de tomar decisiones, porque el mundo no funciona como vuestra casa o vuestro país, el mundo es, a veces, diametralmente mejor.

Great location for use of public transport.

This property was great in all the things that mattered. The location was great, with immediate access to public transportation including tram lines and buses. The property was very clean and in good condition. I had a problem with Uber, wherein I scheduled a ride for 4:30 am, and they said it was " on time" until 4:30 when they told me no driver was available. This obviously left me hanging. But a taxi cruised by, so it all worked out. But I felt fortunate, I could have had a much worse experience. I am not sure if this was the result of the location of the property is the only reason I mention it. There were a couple of unusual items of management. One email said " I will be all the time online to support your stay. NOTE: there is a video camera in the entrance to the apartment to guarantee your safety. Other guests outside of booking, visitors included, are not allowed, under penalty of (Large fee, deleted by vrbo)/day/person." So it sounds like he is monitoring your comings and goings, and going to charge you if you have any guests. I don't recall a disclosure of that in the property description. Overall I highly recommend the property. The owner probably just had a bad experience. He was always very helpful and very responsive.

Un merveilleux break

Nous n’avions que 4 jours à disposition. Ce fut une excellente occasion d’allier plage, visite de la ville et shopping. L’appartement est petit pour trois personnes, mais très propre et avec le nécessaire d’équipement pour un court séjour.

Un appartement idéal pour un couple

Appartement sécurisé à l'entrée avec une caméra, optimisé en terme d'emplacement et à 200m du tram... Idéal pour dormir en dehors du centre et du bruit. Très propre.

Overall great place to stay

The owner was always responsive to my texts. He was very helpful and communicated well with us. The apartment is near the metro and tram with easy access to all the sights in Barcelona. It is near a grocery store. Our stay was wonderful.

Small but well-equipped apartment with great transport links

I had a very pleasant stay in this apartment. It's very small; I don't think it would be suitable for more than two people. However, it's well equipped with kitchen items , TV etc. The only major item lacking was storage space for clothes - there's no wardrobe or chest of drawers, just a few boxes. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom fine with good water pressure, though the water does veer between cold and very hot! The main downside to the apartment is the walls are paper-thin, so you hear everyone coming and going. I could even hear my neighbour dnoring through the walls! I would highly reecommend earplugs for a peaceful night's sleep. The apartment's best feature is probably its location - while a little outside the city centre, it's very well connected with a big supermarket across the street, the beach a five-minute walk away, and trams, trains and buses just down the road. Host Edgar was very responsive and helpful. Thanks Edgar for the lovely stay!
