Sage House est un magnifique et spacieux appartement de deux chambres situé au premier étage près du bord de mer à St Monans. St Monans est l’un des plus beaux villages de pêcheurs de l’Est Neuk de Fife et à seulement vingt minutes de St Andrews. Répartie sur deux étages, la propriété dispose de 2 chambres doubles et constitue le refuge idéal pour les familles ou les amis à la mer. L'appartement a récemment subi une rénovation interne complète pour offrir un cadre moderne, impressionnant et confortable. Il a été décoré de manière impeccable pour un séjour vraiment agréable.

Beautiful apartment, comfortable and well-situated. The kitchen is a joy to use, loaded with modern appliances. The support team reacts quickly to any queries or assistance. People with mobility problems might however find the two inside flights of stairs difficult.

Perfect location

Just as advertised. Stones throw from harbour and other gorgeous fishing villages. Property was lovely, just as appeared on advert. Beds were comfy and property was very clean. The only minor gripes I had were there was a lot of nick nick/ornaments which I moves away as when we had our belongs, place became cluttered. Same in kitchen. The flat info was years out of date, so we had to look online to find out about bin collection. These are just little things and they did not detract from our stay and I would recommend.

Beautiful property in gorgeous village

We had a fantastic stay in St Monans. The house is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The bedrooms and living room were excellent and very comfortable. The kitchen was great, but perhaps a bit more cutlery and cups would be helpful. We never fully mastered the shower screen, so we are unsure if there is a knack. The village itself is idyllic. We were SO grateful to escape the heat of the city to the warm fresh air on the coast. Highly recommended.

Great stay in lovely village

Wonderful accommodation. Fabulous double bedroom- really comfy bed. Very comfortable lounge to relax in in the evenings. Lovely to be able to have a soak in the bath after long walks. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of storage. Great to have the luxury of the utility room - to be able to wash and dry clothes given the unpredictable weather. The only disappointment was the sitting out area - this didn't get any sun and was rather run down and bleak compared with the fabulous standard of the house indoors. Not welcoming at all. Took our wine and pringles to a bench with great views in the village. Otherwise it would have been a 5/5.

Fantastic house set up to a high standard. Nice places to explore and many pubs/restaurants within a 10 mile radius. Highly recommended and the weather played its part also 😊

Lovely accommodation

Sage Cottage is a beautifully appointed & comfortable place to stay. Located in lovely St. Monans & close to St. Andrews, Crail & Anstruther to name a few. Would definitely recommend. The MacDonald family.

St Monans

We had a lovely break at this comfortable and tastefully decorated property. A lot of thought has gone into the decor and furnishings. The kitchen is very well equipped, the wood burner was very welcome and the bed very comfortable. Located in a quiet street a short walk from the coastal path we would have no hesitation in recommending this to others.
