Beautiful place and exactly what we needed for our annual vacation. All of the essentials are there and it exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend and would come back!
The house was perfect! We were close to everything we needed to get to. Beautiful scenery and it was so peaceful. Thank you!We called for something and they replied so quickly . Terrific hosts
Had fun stopping at the wineries and gift shop shopping. We had 12 girls which this houses amenities worked wonderfully with us. We built a fire and enjoyed sitting down by the lake.
We stayed here last year for the Seneca 7 event and rebooked for this year. Property is just as advertised - clean with comfortable beds, accommodates up to 12 (there were 7 in our group), on the lake with a dock. Manager is very responsive. We will be back next year!
THE HOUSE WAS THE PERECT SIZE - LARGE KITCHEN LOVED THE CEMENT PATIO BY THE LAKE ONE THING WE THOUGHT THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE NEEDS A GOOD PRESSURE WASHINGS AS WELL AS THE DECK - BUT OVERALL WAS GREAT!
Our group of 7 for the Seneca 7 relay found this home to be a perfect fit. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner each of the two nights we stayed. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. A quick call to the property manager answered a question we had. Planning to return next year!
Very nice house, plenty of space. All of the bedrooms are upstairs. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed our time in the house and in the area. The lake is just incredible. Very nice sitting area and loved the dock. A short driving distance from a good handful of very good wineries. Had a great time catching up with my relatives in the area, and the relatives that flew in to stay with us at the house.
Enjoyed our stay. Family of 8 had plenty of room. House was stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Only thing we didnt know about when swimming was the zebra mussels all over the rocks. Neighbor warned my younger ones as they didnt have any water shoes on and didnt want them cutting their feet. Other than that had a great stay and would go back.

When we arrived, there were 5 trash bins near the deck. All were overflowing with garbage. I moved them on the appropriate days with great difficulty as they were very heavy to move. The smoke detectors need new batteries. They chirped in every room upstairs and down. There was only 3 half rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. Two children sleeping on top bunks had bed bug bites. I noticed a car pull into the driveway just as I was pulling out at 9:52 am. For the price per night plus cleaning fee, I expected a nicer experience.
The house is very roomy and the pictures are accurate. The kitchen is well stocked and the area next to the lake is amazing. There were some issues with the house including a broken dishwasher, which may explain why we had to wash every dish/glass that we used. We also had issues with 2 clogged drains. One of the bedrooms upstairs is very noisy if people are in the living room due to old vents. The house could also use a guest manual.
Great place on Seneca Lake for a group of good friends
The clean, well-maintained and equipped comfortable house that accommodated a group of a dozen friends doing day sea kayak paddles on the Erie Canalway. One bedroom is a "dorm" with 2 triple-decker bunk-beds. The basement with dryer was great for drying wet paddlewear. Wonderful home base for our trip.
This was a great place for our group to stay while we visited the area. We had a mix of adults and kids, and the house was great for everyone. We enjoyed using the lake, and there was a lot of space and seating for everyone on the lake.

Seneca Lake Visit
Location great. Patio area by the lake was very nice but the dock was a little treacherous. The property was very clean, beds were very comfortable but felt the property needed a little TLC.
I went with some friends for a girls' weekend and this house was perfect. There's plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable, beautiful porch on the front and patio on the back, amazing patio right on the water - we were completely happy and would go back in a heartbeat! House was spotless at check-in, which is always great to see!
This was the perfect spot for a long girls weekend celebrating my best friend's bachelorette. We were pleasantly surprised that the property was even more lovely in person than in the photos. We had 9 people stay here and it could have easily fit a few more. Awesome spot right on the water, I would definitely stay here again.
Check in was very straight forward and communication with the property managers leading up to rental was very easy. Awesome location with private lakefront access. House was in very good condition and contained all the essentials. Large rooms and bathrooms led to everyone having their own space. Very large front and backyards for lawn games, etc.
A group of 9 of us spent a long weekend here and loved it. The dock was by far our favorite part of the property. The sturdiness of it was a little questionable at some parts and the caution tape that was on it when we arrived was concerning, but we didn’t have any issues. The location is minutes away from lots of great breweries and wineries. Our favorite was Three Brothers. Perfect for groups that like wine and beer. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely book again in the future. Erin was quick to respond and very helpful, too.
