About this property

A wonderful escape on Seneca Lake

This year round furnished home located along the eastern shore of Seneca Lake offers you an exceptionally comfortable stay for your next vacation. This is a 4 bedroom 2 bath house that's 2100 sq ft. The 4 bedrooms consist of 2 rooms with plush queen size beds, one large room with 2 sets of bunk beds with pullout beds, and one room with 2 twin size beds. The first floor includes a large open dining room that can seat up to 8 people, an eat in kitchen with seating for 6, and a spacious, open family room with a 60" TV and a game table. An APEC reverse osmosis water filtration system has been installed in the kitchen to provide clean bottle quality water to drink to eliminate the need to bring bottled water. The front porch offers beautiful sunset views over the lake, and the back deck overlooks a large back yard. This property includes lakefront access across the road with a stamped concrete patio and seating to enjoy the sunsets.
Nearby attractions include wineries, breweries, restaurants, boat tours, golf courses, shopping, salons and spas. An affordable, family friendly state park is located approximately 10 mins away.

The dock currently has structural damage at the far end and we are waiting on the contractor to replace it. At this time it is use at your own risk. There is the beautiful stamped patio at the lakefront to use!

A small dog is allowed with an increase security deposit and an extra cleaning fee if needed. We will need to know ahead of time if a pet is joining your stay.

Wonderful, beautiful
Very nice house, plenty of space. All of the bedrooms are upstairs. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed our time in the house and in the area. The lake is just incredible. Very nice sitting area and loved the dock. A short driving distance from a good handful of very good wineries. Had a great time catching up with my relatives in the area, and the relatives that flew in to stay with us at the house.

Enjoyed our stay
Enjoyed our stay. Family of 8 had plenty of room. House was stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Only thing we didnt know about when swimming was the zebra mussels all over the rocks. Neighbor warned my younger ones as they didnt have any water shoes on and didnt want them cutting their feet. Other than that had a great stay and would go back.

Great location but house could use some TLC
The house is very roomy and the pictures are accurate. The kitchen is well stocked and the area next to the lake is amazing. There were some issues with the house including a broken dishwasher, which may explain why we had to wash every dish/glass that we used. We also had issues with 2 clogged drains. One of the bedrooms upstairs is very noisy if people are in the living room due to old vents. The house could also use a guest manual.
