Una delle 4 ville indipendenti sulla spiaggia che sono identiche in termini di posizione, layout e design. Open space, interni sofisticati e grandi spazi aperti, costruiti e attrezzati secondo i più alti standard. I terreni delle ville raggiungono una bellissima spiaggia isolata, accessibile tramite un sentiero privato. La spiaggia stessa ha piccoli ciottoli, alcuni alberi da ombra nella parte posteriore, un vero giardino Eden. Costruite fianco a fianco su uno stretto promontorio, tutte le ville hanno la vista sul mare. La distanza tra le ville garantisce assoluta privacy per quanto riguarda la vista e il suono. Ogni villa ha una piscina a sfioro privata proprio di fronte al soggiorno con il mare che si fonde proprio dietro. Alle ville si accede dalla strada principale da un vialetto privato. C'è un parcheggio per diverse auto all'interno dei terreni di ciascuna villa. Questa villa (A) è la prima più vicina alla spiaggia, seguita dalla villa B, C e D.

The only thing this property has is the view if you are in villa A. It’s very tough to beat the view this villa has. Check-in was easy as it was lockbox for the key, but other than that you needed to figure out on your own or text the property for everything. Every other villa I’ve rented had some kind of welcome book that explained everything or had recommendations of places in the area to donor eat. Everything is super outdated inside the house, from the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and TV. The bathroom upstairs was so hot, that we had to have most people shower in main flower bathroom. If you need WiFi, it’s super fast as long as you are not on the second floor balcony or close to the router, it had a hard time picking up the signal. This was important as we had to work in the evenings and wanted enjoy the outdoors. What was the icing on the cake was in our 5th day of 14 reserved we lost water and it was a 3 day battle to try and get water back to working normally as there are 4 villas sharing their reserve. It got so bad they were hooked up to the construction going on right next door water line to refill their reserve and that couldn’t keep the water on. We had to leave after a few days of this.

Tolles Haus und Gastgeber

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa. Wunderschöne Aussicht. Alles sauber und die Leute sehr freundlich. Von den Bränden im vergangenen Jahr, hat man von der Villa aus nichts gesehen. Auch der Abschnitt in dem es brannte, ist stellenweise schon wieder grün. Die Leute haben alles wieder toll hergestellt. Eine große Leistung. Man sollte sich nicht abhalten lassen, dort den Urlaub zu verbringen.

A scary stare with a serious lack of help or communciation.

We arrived Saturday 22nd August at Rhodes airport to be told by the car hire company that the road to our villa was closed due to the fires. We tried to contact the villa. No response for a long time. When someone finally picked up they were no help at all telling us that they didn't know what to recommend. We were left stranded with little information and had to find alternative accomodation which wasn't easy and was expensive. When we finally arrived at the villa the next day, taking the west road there was no-one there to welcome us. No electricity or water either. Plus we could see the smoke from the fire just over the hill about ten minutes drive away. We tried to relax but the next day the fires seemed even closer. By the third day the smoke was getting worse and the fires were getting even closer. When we tried to find out from the owner Georgios, who had finally appeared but only spoke Greek and some German, what was happening he just shrugged his shoulders and even more alarmingly walked around with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth! The police then arrived and told everyone to leave. We left and didn't come back. The lack of communciation was unacceptable plus we felt unsafe, especially at night. We only stayed two nights out of eight in the villa. No apologises or compensation. In addition the air conditioning (when the electricity was on) did not work properly in the twin bedroom plus the pool was not cleaned and was full of leaves and dirt. Dreadful!

Disappointed

Holes in our bed sheets! The cutlery and other kitchen items were coated in rust as were all the bins! The bathroom toilet seat kept coming off it's hinges! The kitchen top was easily stained! Other Villas normally leave cleaning materials so that sinks etc can be cleaned! There were light fittings hanging out of the lounge ceiling! The kitchen window blew open in the strong wind which flew back onto a kettle of freshly Boiled water which nearly fell on to the floor, thankfully there were just the 2 of us and no children around. We could then not keep it closed so had to draw down the shutter to keep it from opening! The banister had loose railings on the stairs! Dangerous! There were sticky finger marks on the window and patio doors! The hair dryer also felt sticky, I'm not sure why? It was also unusual to have no information on how to use the TV, Dishwasher, Hob etc. Local information on restaurants etc. would have been useful too. I didn't feel as if the Villa had been cleaned properly on our arrival. We love staying in Villas, unfortunately this was a disappointing one. Location is remote which we quite like, you need a car as it's not close to shops and the other end of island from airport. Lovely island.

Ein tolles haus mit Traumaussicht

Zum 4. Mal haben wir dieses Jahr die Olga-Villas besucht. Ein bestens ausgestattetes Haus in unvergleichlicher Lage. Wunderbarer Meerblick. Ein langer Kiesstrand - meist beinahe menschenleer. Gute Restaurants in den umgebenden Dörfern. Kleinere und größere Supermärkte, in denen man sich mit allem versorgen kann. Ein Auto ist absolut notwendig! Die Gastgeber Georgios und Ioannis sind außerordentlich freundlich und stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Einfach ein Ferien-Traum! M und B

Tolles Haus an super attraktiver Lage

Wir haben tolle 14 Tage in diesem sehr grossen und modernen Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist fantastisch, sehr ruhig, man kann seine Privatsphäre sehr geniessen. Wir waren immer die Einzigen am Meer. Schnorcheln war sehr gut, Strand ist Kies, jedoch angenehm Die Besitzer (Ioannis ) waren sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Ein Auto ist notwendig, zum Einkaufen hat man verschiedene Optionen in 10 Minuten Fahrt erreichbar. Die nahe gelegene Mojito Bar am Strand macht Super Drinks und ist zu Fuss in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Leider hat das Sprudelbad nicht funktioniert und der Pool war am Anfang recht kalt, da neues Wasser eingelassen wurde. Wünschen würden wir uns noch einen Backofen in der Küche. Sonst ist das Haus top eingerichtet Wir kommen sicher wieder!
