Fantastic luxury Villa, 17+ beds with sea view and view of Lloret, full AIRCO, Wi-fi, central heating, satellite TV, located in quiet area. There are different terraces and an additional summer kitchen near the large pool.

Villa Mimosa is a luxurious villa, equipped with numerous amenities, including air conditioning in the lounge and in all bedrooms.

Families are very welcome. Our family DOES NOT ACCEPT LARGE GROUPS OF YOUNG GUESTS < 27 YEARS OF AGE. GROUPS HAVE TO PAY DEPOSIT AT ARRIVAL IN CASH OF PER CREDIT CARD.

The villa has a spacious living-dining room with large sliding doors and a beautiful spacious new gourmet kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 4 complete bathrooms, and a separate toilet and toilet cabinet with sink. The large sliding doors in the living room give access to a large balcony with sea view and a view on Lloret de Mar as well. The kitchen is new and fully equipped. The kitchen equipment includes an oven, microwave, induction cooker, dishwasher, large fridge, separate freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

The top floor consists of five bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a spacious hallway with access to a large balcony or 7.5 M2 at the end of the hall, which provides you with a wide and wonderful view of the Mediterranean sea and the center of Lloret de Mar. The large living-dining room and open kitchen are located on the 1st floor. This floor also consist of an additional bedroom, separate bathroom and separate toilet. Upon entering the villa, you see a spacious open hall with an impressive marble staircase that connect both floors. Under the stairs is a large cupboard where you can put / store your suitcases
 
Around the villa, there is plenty of room to sit in the sun or in the shade. The large pool, 4.5 x 9 meters, includes a round section with built-in seating for large groups. There is LED lighting at night creating a really special luxurious atmosphere. The pool has a modern electrolysis system, therefore it is filled with slightly salt water. The water is disinfectant, feels soft and is gentle to skin and eyes, as well as much healthier than a chlorinated pool. While a salt electrolysis swimming pool contains only 4 grams of salt / liter, seawater contains 35-40 grams or salt / liter.

It is also possible to dine outside. There are enough dining tables, a charcoal Weber BBQ, large fridge, and summer kitchen with sink and running water on the bottom floor near the pool. A large pergola between the house and the pool provides shade. You will also find a complete bathroom and a washing machine on this bottom floor.

Villa Mimosa is located on a quiet street with only local traffic. The villa is located in the district of Serra Brava, just above the beach or Cala Canyelles, a quiet neighborhood with mostly detached villas. The distance to the beach or Cala Canyelles is about 2.5 km. The distance to the center of Lloret de Mar is about 2.5 km and the distance to Tossa de Mar is approximately 6.5 km. The nearest restaurant and (small) supermarket are at 500 meters from the villa. Here is also a possibility to play football, basketball, tennis, table tennis etc. In the street there is enough space to park your car (s).

The total living space is approximately 300 m2. The total area of the plot is approximately 800 m2. The different terraces are approximately 300 m2. There are also 2 balconies with a lovely sea view, each balcony is about 7.5 m2.

At about 500 meters is a restaurant and shop which is open during the season. There is also a possibility to play basketball or footbal here.
