Alexandre and Marjorie, our managers, welcome you upon arrival at the entrance of the residence, they help you carry your luggage and accompany you to your apartment.
They are present every day in the residence to guarantee your comfort.
Baby: folding bed, cozy mattress, high chair, free bath tub at your disposal (let us know minimum 7 days before your arrival, cot sheets not provided).
Strictly non-smoking apartment (deposit held in case of non respect)
2 sets of keys will be given to you. These keys are secure. Can not make a copy without the ID card of the key.
Only the agency and I own a double of these keys.
If you ever lose a key, we have to change the barrel and redo a complete set of 10 keys. This is for your safety and that of the following tenants.
The cost is prohibitive: 200 € which would be withdrawn from your deposit in case of loss.
The residence is now secured by magnetic badge readers.
2 badges will be given to you. In case of loss, 100 € will be retained on your deposit.
The badge is essential to enter the residence or to call the elevator.
The presence of pets is subject to the prior agreement of the owner of the apartment. A supplement of 30 € will be paid upon arrival.
The owner reserves the right to visit or intervention during the rental period (sale of the apartment, necessary repairs ...).
The tenant agrees to occupy the apartment in "good father", to ensure the proper maintenance of the rented property, to respect the rules of the residence, to do nothing that his own or the fact of his family or his relationships may harm the tranquility of the neighborhood and observe the silence after 22:00. If these rules are not applied, the tenant can have the deposit and be evicted from his accommodation.
