The apartment B2 is a great Duplex with modern decoration and parquet flooring. It is distributed over two storeys. In the ground floor is the living room with air conditioning, TV Sat, DVD, and direct access to the terrace to enjoy the view of the gardens and pools. There is a little toilet
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich, kettle and all basic cooking facilities.
In the first floor there are two double bedrooms, the main one with a king bed and also space for a baby cot. In the second bedroom there are 1 king bed and 1 single bed. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
A modern Bathroom with shower, toilet, WC and bidet.
There is a direct access to the terrace equipped with sunbeds, sun-shadows and a barbecue and a solarium.

Family holiday

We stayed for 12 nights at the property and were able to treat it as a home from home. Manuel was really helpful and made himself available really quickly if we needed anything from him. The apartment and facilities is perfect for those with a young family and very well located for beaches, shopping, the tourist train and evening entertainment.

Great place with everything you need!

A great property on a lovely quiet complex. The apartment had everything we needed including bits for a small baby which was so handy. It was in a great location with enough on the doorstep to keep us entertained (we didn’t have a car). The owners were lovely and very helpful. A great little getaway!

Excellent complex and location

My family had a fantastic stay in Manuel’s apartment. Lots of space for the 4 of us and it was so well equipped. The bbq terrace is a great space to relax as well. Lots of pools to choose from and, despite it being July, they were never busy. Plenty of room for the kids to have fun. The complex sits in a fantastic location. 5 minutes walk one way and you are in the stunning Marina and then 5 minutes in the other direction you have a supermarket and lots of restaurants. So convenient. Manuel was a fantastic host. Communication was outstanding. We will absolutely be keeping this apartment in mind for future holidays.

Location was really excellent we had a car but everything was a short walk away including 2 beaches and the lovely Marina. We didn’t use the pool as there are no sun-beds around the pool, albeit the flat did have a foldable sun bed that could be carried down. The host was lovely and very responsive and the flat was really clean.

Great place to stay pools are outstanding

Manual is a real professional. We arrived very early while the apartment was being cleaned and Manuel drove to the beach to find us to tell us the apartment was ready . Any issues were resolved instantly. Although the only issue we had was my son turning off the WiFi which Manuel happily fixed. The apartment has everything you need we loved the roof top sun bathing area which had great views and very relaxing .

Really lovely stay. Nice and quiet, but close to the beach, Marina and Cala Egos.

Thank you for our super stay Manuel and thank you for being there on our arrival and being available for the 2 weeks if we needed .The apartment was clean, plenty of towels and the beds were really comfortable.1 small balcony on the main bedroom, 1 balcony off the lounge, a large balcony with plants on the second floor, (couldn’t resist watering) with a BBQ, roof terrace has a superb view. (Could do with a table and chairs there though) It’s in a super spot, so many pools, no fight for a sun bed as they were locked and ours for the stay. 5 mins to the Marina, where there is lots of food choice. 2 mins to a great supermarket, 5 mins to the beach, 3 to the nearest restaurant and lots more in Cala egos, all on foot. 1/2 to walk to Cala d’or or get the little train around the resort, there is a pick up 3 mins walk away. Plenty of parking, if you have car hire, so not a worry there. Great for families, lots of privately owed apartments, various nationalities. I would recommend for a great holiday.

Sehr schöne Anlage und tolle Wohnung

Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man zu einem erholsamen Urlaub haben muss. Mehrere Terrassen und einen schönen Ausblick, einen Grill für gemütliche Abende mit der Familie, mehrere Pools und die tolle Lage…. Einen Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe, Restaurants, 5-10 Minuten bis zum Hafen und zum Zentrum ca. 15-20 Minuten. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit, sehr nett und sehr gut erreichbar.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Es war etwas schwer zu finden aber dann war alles prima. Nur die Küchenausstattung dürfte mal erneuert werden. Sehr gute Betten und schöne Aussicht vom Dach. Kann man in der Vorsaison wirklich empfehlen.

Excellent Peaceful Resort & Good Sized Apartment

We stayed here at the end of July 2022. Resort - Including the kids pools there are 10 pools to choose from with depths up to 1.8m. The Resort is kept very clean and has nice grassy areas as well as lots of huge palm trees that create some nice shade for the sun loungers. This apartment comes with 3 sun loungers, which only you have access to which is great. The pools are clean and very quiet. At most there were 4 families in the largest pool and often we'd be the only ones in there. Apartment - This is on the 2nd floor and is accessed by some steps. The apartment has two balconies and a roof terrace which provide great views of the Resort, the harbour and the surrounding hills. The kitchen is on the small side and is in need of updating, but was ample to get by for breakfast and lunch. I wouldn't be confident about making a big dinner, so we ate out most nights in Cala Egos and Cala D'Or. The dining area and lounge were a nice size space for the 4 of us. There is a decent size TV but almost all the channels are non-english. We managed to find Nickelodeon for the kids, then a couple of news channels for us but no other channels to watch. There is good strength WiFi that covers the majority of the apartment. The first balcony has a small table good for breakfast. The second balcony has a large table for dining and a great bbq. There is also a utility room off this balcony where there is a washing machine and small drying rack. The roof terrace would be a good space to use when cooler, but it was 33°C on avg so was too hot for us. Lovely views up there though. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms, both with double beds that were comfortable with plenty of storage space (in built wardrobes and drawer units). The bathroom is ample size. It does not have a bath but has a large shower space. The shower has good pressure. The water is quite salty which is typical of the area. Bring an iron as the one provided isn't very good. Aircon throughout was amazing. Location - Cala Egos is a nice area. The centre is only a 5 min walk from the apartment. There are approx 6 restaurants, 2 ice cream parlours, a couple of places for kids to play & shops such as large newsagents and pharmacies. The Eroski Supermarket is the main supermarket in the area. Its a decent size but is quite expensive. A taxi to Cala D'Or is €6. The harbour and both beaches are 5 min walks. Overall this is a great place and we'll definitely return.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in angenehmer „Residential-Area“

Schöne 2 stöckige geräumige Wohnung mit allem was man so braucht. Küche ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Poolanlage ist gut gepflegt und sehr groß. Manuel ist ein sehr angenehmer Host. Strand ist fussläufig 5-10 Minuten entfernt Supermarkt noch näher. Ein paar Touri-Shops sind auch beim Supermarkt inkl Döner und Eisdiele. Cala D‘Or Zentrum ist etwa 5 Minuten mit dem Auto oder etwa 20 zu Fuss. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Schöner Kurzurlaub mit Familie (4 Erwachsene)

Die Wohnung bietet auf für 4 Erwachsene genug Raum., sogar bei schlechtem Wetter. Wunderschöne Grillterasse und wunderschöne Dachterasse laden zum Verweilen ein. Manuel war sehr nett und zuverlässig. Wir würden auch wieder dort hin fahren. Nochmal vielen Dank

Schöne Ferienanlage, tolle Pools, Wohnung ok

Besonders schön sind die Terrassen, der Blick und die ruhige Lage. Die Pools waren ziemlich leer und bis zu den beiden Stränden im Ort ist es nicht weit. Allerdings war die Wohnung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht komplett sauber. Die Ausstattung ist etwas dürftig, bzw was die Küchenausstattung angeht und Auflagen für die Stühle und Liegen waren nicht vorhanden. Das WLAN musste extra bezahlt werden - obwohl das so nicht angekündigt war - und dann gab es auch nur 100mb pro Tag. Der Vermieter war etwas kompliziert, aber nett.
