Cozy studio of 45 m² with fully equipped and brand new terrace. 3 minutes from the beach and the center of Cala. Bus stop 50 meters that puts you in Malaga in 15 minutes, and direct exit to the highway. Enjoy the beach and the cultural offer of the capital. The studio is located in a residential block in perfect condition and contains everything you need to enjoy your vacation.
Its location is exceptional, as it is close to everything: beach, bus, pharmacy, ice cream shop, health center, hairdresser, Gloria Fuertes square (where the main leisure businesses are).
Equipment: Smart TV, Wi-Fi, Heating and Air Conditioning, Microwave, Refrigerator, Vitroceramic, Iron, Hair Dryer, Coffee Maker, Toaster and Teapot.
A convertible sofa of 140x200 cm and a movable bed of 140x190 cm can accommodate 4 guests. The studio is located on the first floor and is south facing with morning sun. It has a terrace with access to the main avenue where you can have breakfast and dinner enjoying the tranquility of the town.

I will always be available for any questions or queries you have. In the study I always leave a small guide of recommended sites and activities both in Cala and Rincon or in Málaga Capital.

* The price you are going to pay is what you see when you make the reservation. There are no surprises.
* The deposit is made through HomeAway, there is no economic exchange between us.
* The sheets (both the sofa bed and the bed furniture) and towels are included. There is no extra charge.
* The number of guests does not affect the price: you can be from 1 to 4.
* I do not charge any kind of cleaning fee but in return I ask that you leave the study in the same conditions I gave it to you.
* The studio has free Wi-Fi and good speed.
* Parking in winter is not difficult in the area; In any case, if you do not want to complicate, we can offer you a parking space 800 meters from the studio (it is not included in the price).

--House Rules--
* Good behavior: respect the rest of the neighbors and take care of the facilities of the Studio.
In relation to the Study, if you want to take care of cleaning there is no problem knowing that: you have to leave it clean and in perfect condition (this includes vacuuming, scrubbing the floor, bathrooms, dishes, garbage, etc ...).
If you are not willing to do it, I recommend that you hire the cleaning service for only 30 euros, we will take care of it.
