Una villa moderna de 2 dormitorios con una piscina de 4 x 8 metros situada en un hermoso valle en la frontera de Cómpeta / Torrox con impresionantes vistas hacia el mar. La villa se encuentra en una parcela de 2550m2 con un gran patio y un jardín maduro. Está a 20 minutos en coche de la encantadora ciudad de Cómpeta, a 15 minutos de Torrox Pueblo y a 20 minutos de la costa. Nerja, con el "Balcón de Europa" y sus fabulosas playas, se encuentran a solo 25 minutos en automóvil. Granada, la "Alhambra" y el centro de esquí están a solo 1 hora y media de distancia. Hay una pérgola con 40 m 2 adicionales a los 100 m 2 de una terraza orientada al sur con una pérgola y una cocina exterior.

En el interior, el alojamiento ofrece una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos integrados, cafetera, etc, 2 habitaciones dobles con armarios empotrados y 2 baños. La casa cuenta con techos altos con calefacción y aire acondicionado y hay un sofá cama doble en la gran sala de estar / comedor.

The villa was absolutely spotless,Adam the proprietor was a pleasure to deal with . Communication with was second to none . Many superb outsids areas to sit and laze around . The pool was magnificent,clean,well kept and a joy to swim/play in . Air con and wifi top notch . Plenty of towels,all the mod cons you could wish for . A fantastic and wonderful holiday ,a little slice of heaven . Will definately come again and recommend to family /freindsthanks Adam

A beautiful, private, secluded villa that was equipped to make it a home from home experience. We had four lovely weeks here and loved each one of them. Lovely pool which was regularly cleaned and the beach was just a 20-25 drive for those days when we fancied a change. Some really lovely restaurants in Torrox Costa (shout out for La Farola and The Three Monkeys) for when we dined out (although rarely) as the two fridge /freezers at the villa enabled us to store sufficient supplies to ensure wining and dining in was no problem. Adam, the host, was very helpful with anything we needed to know and we adored having a cat about the place too! Brilliant stay - thank you so much!

Safe and secure parking, stunning pool and outdoor areas, great television, brilliant wifi, aircon brilliant, wood burning stove came in handy for a couple of nights when it was cooler. Powerful showers and plenty of hot water. The washing machine came in very handy as we stayed for 4 weeks. A clothes dryer outside was great. Its a very peaceful and private place to stay with fabulous views we absolutely loved it here. The beds were very comfortable and we slept like logs. Its a good place to de stress.

We had a wonderful week in this delightful villa. The villa is a spacious, comfortable home from home with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We loved the fantastic outdoor space, garden and pool - and very friendly pet cat! The setting is beautiful, nestled in the mountains overlooking a lush green valley, and the garden full of lovely plants and trees. The track to the villa is narrow, winding and bumpy - but Adam sent a very helpful video in advance to help us navigate and we found the villa easily. Lots of lovely places to explore nearby - we enjoyed visiting Competa and having lunch overlooking the sea at the coast. A wonderful week - highly recommended. Thank you Adam!

We were so torn about whether to stay in the hills or find something on the beach, we decided on this beautiful villa and we were so happy we did. Travelling with girls in tow, 7 & 10, we were all blown away with the gardens and pool and the house so bright and well laid out with a really well stocked kitchen and lots of extras so you had every thing you needed. We would often sit in the shade with a glass of something icy (an outdoor fridge located very conveniently next to the pool sofa area) watching the girls splashing about in the pool or having sundowners on the other sofa area watching the sun set over the hills. We went to two gorgeous beaches, we swam, kayaked and ate fish and another day took a drive up to Frigliana for dinner. It was a brilliant stay and we would not hesitate to recommend or come back. Thank you for having us in your little slice of paradise.

We had a great time here. The facilities were excellent, beds very comfortable, shops local, host was excellent, host sorted any issues we had. Definitely need a car, preferably 4x4 as the road up is quite hilly but instructions were clear. The views were immense and worth the drive. 5 stars.

Spanish Hideaway

We enjoyed our stay, the villa and mature gardens were lovely, with all the facilities we needed including english TV. Pool was out of action for 3 of our 4 week stay which was a shame but the owner did all he could to get it working. Quite remote location and roads not for the faint hearted but beautiful views and quiet if you're looking for a peaceful place to stay.

Total relax and comfort

Adam very kindly met us the first day and showed us how to get to the villa. The house and grounds are very comfortable and the view is stunning - the photos don't quite do it justice as it is prettier than it looks. We were looking for a place to relax, detox and 'de-stress' in the middle of second-wave of Coronavirus and couldn't haven chosen a better place. Highly recommendable.

Stunning property and location

We had the most amazing week in this wonderful villa nestled in the hills below Competa. The property itself is stunning, extremely well equipped and modern, yet with Andalucian charm and furnishings. With the choice of patios we were able to enjoy the early morning sun (in November!) and watch the sunset over the mountains and sea, the whole experience was wonderful. The property owner (Adam) and manager were both extremely helpful, happy to provide tips and guidance on the property, but also how best to experience the surrounding countryside. We will definitely book this villa again, in fact we really can't wait!! Jacquie & Mark

Spanish Idyll

Lovely villa with fantastic views. Adam was very helpful and welcoming and it is obvious that the villa is a lived in home. Inside very comfortable and well equipped with beautiful view from lounge, outside delightful seating areas surrounding the villa with great views, sun and shade and well planned planting giving views and privacy. Pool great. Short drive to Competa, and to beaches. Visited most but particularly enjoyed Torrox El Morche which is very Spanish and Torre Del Mar for lively tourist atmosphere ( cheap sunbeds too!). Thanks for everything Adam, hope to be back!

Amazing!

What an absolutely amazing place. The views are stunning and it is such an amazing place to relax. The outside is so well kept and the pool was a great size and temperature. There are lots of areas to sit outside either in the sun or under cover if it gets a little hot! The property was spotlessly clean and such a lovely place with real character. The 2nd fridge freezer outside was also really helpful for drinks and overflow food, meaning you don't need to visit the supermarkets as often (these were only 20-25mins away anyway and with parking in Torrox Costa). Contact with Adam was brilliant, really fast and helpful and even sent a video and photos to help with the journey to the property the first time! Others have mentioned the local towns, Competa, Torrox Pueblo and Nerja all within a 25 minute drive. The Aquavelis water park at Torre del mar is good for children of all ages too for a day out - it isn't too large and has lots of nice outside areas. Thank you Adam, we will definitely be back!

Lovely villa with amazing gardens/outdoor areas

This is a lovely villa, clean and spacious and has absolutely everything you could possibly need, and then some, but what really makes it amazing is the outdoor space. Beautifully landscaped gardens, from the gated parking area to the private pool, so much space and different areas to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Amazing views across the valley and so much choice of where to relax, from sun loungers to 2 outdoor lounge areas, and at and several areas to dine and enjoy the sunset. Even a hammock!The photos shown here , great though they are don't do it justice. The coast is less than 20 mins and we were able to easily visit Torrox (big Lidl there);and Nerja. We went to Granada too which is about a 90 minute drive. Nearby Frigiliana is a must visit and we spent a nice day there. If you don't know the area I would advise arriving in daylight if possible. The villa is accessed from a twisty narrow mountain road off the Torrox to Competa road. Adam (property owner)helpfully provided a video which helped us find the villa on our first day. After that it was fine. For a peaceful relaxing place to stay within reach of some beautiful towns I would certainly recommend this.

We’ve just returned from an incredible stay at this beautiful villa — and honestly, we didn’t want to leave!The location is perfect if you’re looking to escape the daily routine. The views are stunning, and the whole place feels peaceful, private, and thoughtfully put together. We loved the artwork and homey decor — it’s got that welcoming feeling, like staying at a good friend’s place rather than a rental.One of our favourite features was the garden lighting at night — especially the way the trees and pool glow after dark. It’s absolutely magical and perfect for relaxing evenings outside.The villa has everything you could possibly need, and we really appreciated how previous guests have left behind little useful things — from spices to dishwasher tablets. It's such a thoughtful touch and makes settling in even easier.The garden is beautiful, with plenty of seating spots to enjoy at different times of day, and there's even an outdoor fridge — a genius touch that saves trips back and forth for cold drinks. The pool is well maintained, and a friendly local comes weekly to take care of it.Extras like the dishwasher and washing machine are a bonus, and Torrox is just a 20-minute drive away, with shops, restaurants, and the beach close at hand.Communication with Adam was smooth and easy, just as it should be.This place is exactly as described, maybe even better — a real hidden gem.Would 100% recommend… and if I ever win the lottery, I’m calling Adam to buy it! :-)

Stunning location, lovely villa and great communication

Wonderful location with amazing views of this tranquil valley, Adam’s villa is comfortable and well equipped. We spent two months here and felt really at home and reluctant to leave. We have driven mountain roads like these before so we aren’t daunted by the drive from the road to the house - 8 minutes was comfortable for the dog - and not a problem in the dark as almost all of it is concreted. A lovely place to come back to after a day out, or to spend the day enjoying the surroundings and view - there are plenty of areas to sit and relax whether you want to be in the sun or out of it. It was a bit cold at night in February but the fire kept us lovely and cosy. The dog loved the garden and so did we. You obviously need a car but everything you want is not far away: take your pick of supermarkets in Torrox Costa, walk along the front where there are cafés and restaurants. Competa, Nerja and Frigiliana are short distances away and nearby Torrox has a pretty square for lunch in the sunshine. Setenil de Las Bodegas is well worth the nearly two hour drive and we plan to do the Caminito del Rey next time. Adam is very friendly and very responsive which is reassuring during a long stay. We had friends and family to stay at various times and everyone loved the villa as much as we did. Will definitely return.

The Tranquil Valley

Location of the villa is a 10 minute drive from the main Cómpeta road down a very bumpy, narrow, bendy track (rather than a road) with no barriers or street lighting - not for the faint hearted at night. However, the view from the villa which changes with the light and the peaceful environment is true to its name - The Tranquil Valley. The kitchen in the villa could do with updating, the cabinet doors and draw fronts are hand painted and stained by dirty hands which look and feel grubby. Salad draw and bottom shelf in the door of the fridge were broken - not ideal on a bacterial level. We stayed for 3 weeks and we’re given 1 bath, 1 hand and a pool towel each and 1 set of bedding. To have extra we would have been charged except I offered to wash any extras and leave them clean on departure so the charge was wavered. WiFi is hit and miss (location sensitive) and only works in certain areas outside the villa. Main double bedroom and lounge have aircon and are comfortable. Outside there is a good choice of seating areas and a good size pool. The villa manager Ceri is extremely helpful, very friendly and lives nearby. Adam the owner is also very helpful and quick to reply to any questions or problems.

La casa es perfecta para desconectar. Tiene de todo para sentirse como en casa. El lugar es tranquilo y el propietario muy amable. El único inconveniente es el camino hasta llegar, es un poco dificultoso.

Un remanso de paz

La casa es preciosa , hemos pasado unos días maravillosos , nos hubiese gustado quedarnos más días . Gracias al Adam por permitirnos disfrutar de su casa.

casa muy bien - acceso horrible

La casa perfecta, tal como se publicita. El acceso es horrible. Fuimos con autocaravana y fue horrible pero con coche también es complicado. Se debiera de notificar.

Ideal para relajarse

Preciosa villa con un increíble jardín ideal para disfrutar y descansar. Hemos tenido algún problema con el agua pero fue eficientemente resuelto por el dueño
