This lovely two bedroom, two bath condo sleeps six and has a wonderful beachy feel! The unit is on the second floor (no elevator in the building). The location in tree lined Sanibel Village is central to everything - right off Route 1 (Coastal Highway) and close to downtown Rehoboth and the beach (a one mile walk, bus or bike ride). Jungle Jim’s Water Park, Sussex YMCA, CrossFit Rehoboth, Big Fish Grill and Arena’s Cafe are all within a 2 block walk. Take advantage of Delaware’s tax free shopping by visiting nearby Tanger outlets.
Feel like staying in? Shop nearby Fresh Market for all your gourmet/organic grocery needs and whip up a quiet dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee (bring your favorite K cups since there is a Keurig machine in the unit) or evening cocktails from the screened porch overlooking the pond, fountain and flowers. Or, play a board game from the assortment in the dining room sideboard. A washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board, are at your fingertips in the utility closet. Three community pools and two tennis courts are also available for your use.
When returning for the night, curl up in the spacious master bedroom with queen sized bed and full en suite bathroom. The second bedroom at the opposite end of the unit also has a queen bed and is right next door to the hallway bathroom. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room large enough for two people. Televisions with expanded channels and DVD players are in the living room and master bedroom. High speed Wi-Fi allows you to utilize several wireless devices simultaneously.
Sheets and towels provided, so no need to bring them with you (or rent from a linen service as other units require). BOTH BEDS WILL BE MADE FOR YOU prior to arrival by our housekeeping service. This is especially nice after driving all afternoon to start your vacation!
Check in is 3 PM. Check out is 11 AM.
THERE IS NO OFFICE OR REALTOR TO RETRIEVE YOUR KEYS FROM. A digital keypad is installed on the front door and will be programmed with a unique entry code prior to your arrival, allowing you to enter at your check-in time.
Peak summer season (July through mid-August) changeover day is Saturday (full week stays only). Shoulder season dates are more flexible.
No smoking is permitted in the unit and no pets are allowed due to condo regulations. No rental agreements to persons under the age of 25 years old.
Guests have the option of selecting a mandatory $250 REFUNDABLE damage deposit OR the damage deposit plus a $1,500 damage PROTECTION PLAN (basically an insurance policy) for a $59 fee. The latter choice is totally optional.
A short term rental for winter off season is available for 6 months at a deeply discounted rate. Please contact us for details.
