Wedding Weekend

My wife, my sister and brother in-law and I attended my eldest son’s wedding on Saturday. We stayed Friday night until Sunday morning the location of the condo is very conveniently located to all of the sites and sounds of the Rehoboth and Dewey Beach area. The condo is equipped with just about everything to make your stay an enjoyable one. Greg was easy to contact and was very helpful. We all enjoyed our stay very much.

Disable accessible main floor. spacious

Place was spacious and as described. Made use of the pool. The parking pass works outside of downtown. We used it to park right near the boardwalk a few blocks south. Recommend eating a meal at "Somewhere" and "Sunnyday cafe" - had food for every one including kids, vegerarians, Gluten & dairy free, and "normal" food eaters. The condo had all of the gear needed for trip to beach with possible exception of cart to carry it.

Very nice place. I have no complaints, there is a lot of good updated things here. Room for all of us!. There is a Keurig there!. The amenities listed I believe said only a coffee pot and to bring own filters. (which we did) but would be easier to use Keurig. Greg's suggestions for pools and playgrounds, etc were spot on. The toddler people in my family had a wonderful time. I totally LOVED the ice maker. I never had to open a water bottle! There is a filter on the frigerator so always fresh water available! That was amazing.

Great Spot for a Family Close to the Beach

The property was very clean. Everything was set to work with Alexa and was very easy to use. You could also opt not to use it. The appliances were all very new and in great working condition. The Fridge, Oven, Microwave, Washer/Dryer and Four Tvs. The property had a lot of space for family of 8. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms with a sofa bed as well. The bathrooms were very nice and the whole place was very clean. The location also was very nice, right near 1A and the main drag to Rehoboth Beach, about a 20 min bike, 40 min walk or 10 min drive. The property also had a nice pool and place to store your bikes and was fun to ride around on the bikes also throughout Eagles Landing. The included parking pass was also a great feature, that allowed you to park in Rehoboth Beach for free in parking permitted areas. The property owner was very quick to answer any questions as well. Overall a fantastic place to vacation in Rehoboth Beach.

Nice property

Everything was as said on the listing. The rental had more than enough room for our family. The renovations to the unit were very nice. One little problem with the towels and the owner handle it immediately and he kept in touch to make sure everything was what we needed.

June Family vacation

Had a great family experience . Place looked beautiful , and well kept. Did notice some mold in the main bathroom upstairs , but other then that the house looked great. The communication with the owners was amazing before and during our stay. Loved that the location was 4 minutes from the beach , and that we could walk to the nearby restaurant Big Fish Grill. Having the pools and the beach pass was a huge perk that we really enjoyed. Loved that my parents who are handicapped were able to stay on the main floor. Def. don’t see a bedroom on the main floor all the time. Would def. stay again!

Beautiful home! everything is there for your enjoyment. The condo was immaculate, and the decor was stunning. Had to reach out to Greg and he called me immediately ; He wants everything to be perfect for his guests, and believe me it is. The property is close to everything, but still quiet. Best of Rehoboth Beach

This condo was perfect for our group of seven. The home had everything we needed and the location is perfect. It’s very close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and they made sure that we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this rental.

Great Vacation Getaway

This was a perfect getaway for our family. The house had everything we needed and more. We live in New York so this was a nice opportunity for us to spread out in comfortable and easy surroundings. The hosts also provided extra amenities like the beach parking pass. This made such a difference in terms of visiting the beach! And finally, Greg was a great host and responded quickly to all of our questions. A very memorable trip and we hope to come back soon!

Wonderful Getaway

Our family stayed at this wonderful property in June. This year has been a crazy year with the Covid issue. The property owner stayed in contact with us continually, letting us know what was happening with the vacation rental. The home was in beautiful condition and the location allows for easy access to downtown rehoboth. Spacious 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms allowed plenty of space for the entire family. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary equipment for making meals. The bed in the upstairs master was extremely comfortable, so much that we inquired with the owner as to what brand bed it is. We highly recommend this property for your vacation stay in Rehoboth Beach.

Two fun loving guys who live in DC and love to escape to Rehoboth. It's been our favorite beach spot since we were both kids - often visiting with our families. We've now developed it into our own tradition, coming several times a year to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere Rehoboth has to offer.

The picture is one we took at Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge - a great place to see some beautiful landscapes and wildlife just North of Lewes. We'd highly recommend a visit if you're looking for one day away from the beach.

When we first saw our condo, we fell in love with it. It's a charming unit in a quiet neighborhood, yet still close to all the action in downtown Rehoboth and a few minutes bike ride from the beach. We love to make it out as often as we can, but also love the opportunity to share our property with others. We've set everything up exactly as we'd like it - so when you stay with us, you're enjoying all the upgrades and little touches we've provided for ourselves. Every year, there are some big changes - we love hearing from our returning guests how they enjoy every new addition. In 2021, we finally finished renovating the full home: we hope you love it as much as we do.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Sanibel is an amazing little community. Three pools make it easy to find a place to relax when you want something close and less sandy. The Sanibel pool tends to be a bit quieter, while the Eagles Landing pools are larger and more lively. The central pond provides the serenity you want when you're relaxing on a beach vacation, while the location gives you great access to walking/jogging routes and tennis courts for recreation.

We especially love the two decks in this penthouse condo - the beach is about spending time outdoors. So even when you're having an afternoon cocktail or enjoying a home cooked meal, you can maximize your enjoyment of the outdoors.

This is our second home - it's not just a rental property, so we stock it with all the things we would like and update it for our enjoyment. We try to take care of the little things (you won't find any Scott cheap toilet paper here) and go above and beyond your expectations.
