It is nice and quiet and the host had good instructions and communication. I was on a fall foliage tour and it was a perfect central location to get out and explore. I was a little worried about sleeping in a bunk bed, but the bed was surprisingly comfortable and also had good pillows.

We enjoyed our stay here. I didn’t notice there was no air conditioning listed and it got really hot one of the days/nights which made it difficult to sleep. Otherwise, it had what we needed and met our needs.
What a gem this place was. It's location was in the perfect for hitting multiple areas of the Northern Green Mountain areas like Stowe, Burlington, Middlebury, and Montpelier. It's super clean and while not large it fit or needs perfectly. The owner really thought about what guests need, hooks, places to put clothing and food and basic necessities like salt& pepper, coffee and creamer. I would stay here again and again if I return to the area.
This property was a great place for my family of three. Three minutes up the road is Sugarbush and plenty to see in the area. It was well kept the Robert was very hospitable. I recommend it!
I stayed at the property in order to getaway and prepare for a theatrical performance I wrote. The condo was clean, well equipped with personal use items. The location is quiet, peaceful and scenically beautiful. The hosts are prompt and respectful.
I highly recommend for the next guest.
Unit was small but updated.
Perfect for us.
Only issue he had was dirty sheets on top bunk.(bought new ones at Target)

Dear John,
We are sorry that the sheets to the top bunk were not clean. We had a housekeeper clean and wash the sheets before your stay, and she must have neglected the top bunk. We will be discontinuing our service with them. We inform our guests about the extra sheets and linens we keep in our condo in our welcome letter. Had you contacted us right away we could have helped you to locate those sheets, or, had our cleaner return in order to make the top bunk properly. We are sorry you felt the need to purchase sheets. I am glad you felt the condo was otherwise perfect for your group. I hope you enjoyed your stay and you consider our condo for a future vacation in the area.
Thank you,
Bob and Dawn
This was the most affordable place I could find in the valley and it was perfect. Nothing fancy, but the heat worked, the water was hot and the bed was clean and comfy. Sugarbush is about a 5 minute drive directly up the road.
I had a surprise snow storm (14 inches) during my stay. Someone on the property was up early shoveling the walkway to my unit and plowing the parking lot.
The condo was exactly as advertised, would stay again.
Nice little condo right beside the Sugarbush Access Road. It is small but works for 2-3 adults. We were in town for a nearby wedding and it was nice to have a place to fix breakfast and lunch in the unit. We were out and about most of the time so the small space was fine for us. There is no air conditioning, and not much cross ventilation from the 3 windows so I wouldn’t recommend in hot weather. Daytime temperatures were low 80s during our stay which was fine and the fans in the unit work well. Nights were cool. Owner should consider installing a portable window air conditioner in the bedroom during the summer months.
We visited Vermont to view fall foliage and this was a great location. True to listing. Basically just needed a place to sleep and watch a little TV in the evening. Thanks!

Mountain Retreat
Condo was clean and plenty spacious for two. The fridge freezer needs to be defrosted to better freeze water. No ice trays so bottle water is a necessity to use for coolers. Heat is base board heaters and took some time to figure out the multiple thermostats. Shower is very small not made for a big man. Directions are a little lacking to the specific unit. GPS will take you to the right place you just need to know the building number to look for. All things considered it was a nice stay.
Great location for events at Sugarbush and a good value for the area!
If you are in town for events at or near Sugarbush this is a good condo at a value rate with easy checkin/checkout. I enjoyed my stay, but didn't do much than sleep there. The couch is not the most comfortable but the bed is awesome! It is a very small condo and the bedroom feels especially cramped, the queen bed with bunk on top takes up just about every inch of space. The wifi worked well. It was good for a single person, not sure I would want more people to have to negotiate around, or have to cook since it is a dorm fridge. There are more than enough places to grab a great meal around, recommend the Warren Store (breakfast/lunch), Toast and Eggs (breakfast) and American Flatbread (late lunch). If you have the time and inkling the hike to Wu Ledges is nearby and well worth the less than 2mi easy hike.
Great little condo just off VT Route 100 “The Skiers Highway” close to enchanting towns of Warren and Waitsfield. The road to Sugarbush Valley is 300 yards away! Very clean, super comfortable bed (a real plus), enough stuff to do our own cooking. In spite of a very slight snafu, hosts were super helpful and accommodating. When we come back (hopefully next autumn) we’ll try to stay there again. Thank you Bob and Dawn.
Excellent accommodation. We were there for the Green Mountain Stage Race. This condo was perfect for my son and I. Convenient to Warren, Waitsfield and Burlington. Would definitely stay here again.
Overall, the place is fine. Some good and some bad. First, the good:
- location was great. Stones throw to Sugarbush and good food.
- hot tub after skiing worked well
- if you are not a family, the place could easily work for 2-3 people.
- the place wasn’t clean when we first got there and the owner jumped all over it, got it cleaned ASAP and gave us a credit for the first night. Very attentive to our needs!
Now, the bad:
- tv and cable was ghetto. Standard def and many channels would come in and out.
- shower was tiny and the layout for a family (2 adults and 2 kids) was not great.
- walls are paper thin and we heard everything from the neighbors...including a barking dog
- couch was tired and uncomfortable
It’s a fine place for a couple of young folks but for a family I’d look elsewhere.

Nice place and cozy-if traveling by plane just know you need comforters, pillows, sheets & towels
Place was very nice and clean. The condo was in excellent shape. The only thing we ran into an issue with is we were coming from Florida and have never stayed in a place that didn't offer sheets, blankets, comforters, pillows, towels, etc. These are items you need to bring with you to make this stay comfortable. Unfortunately our stay started the day after Christmas on one of the coldest days in history on Dec 26 at 8pm. Realizing there was no sheets, blankets. pillows etc we contacted Bob the owner. He immediately responded and we were able to rent the available items from a local lodge. This was a life saver for us as at negative temps and coming from Florida the 1 1/2 hour drive down the mountain to wal-mart(the only place open) would have been extremely dangerous. Thank you Bob for finding a place we could rent supplies for the trip. It was our fault for not reading the fine print but we travel about 4 times a year and this was our first time as a family not having these conveniences. Place is nice and you are looking for a no frills great stay condo give Bob a call and you will be more than happy :)

Perfect Vermont Getaway
This lovely unit served as our home away from home for a week while we enjoyed our winter getaway in the heart of Vermont. We had anywhere from 2 to 4 people staying here at one time and lived comfortably throughout. Mattresses are very comfortable, living room has enough space to relax and watch TV, and the kitchen has a nice two burner stove to make meals in house once in a while. It's not necessary to eat in often though as there are plenty of delicious restaurants in the surrounding towns of Waitsfield and Warren. It's the perfect place to stay for your ski vacation as it is within a 10 minute drive to both Sugarbush and Mad River Glen. It is also very close to a couple of cross country ski centers. Can also imagine it being just as nice in the summer for endless amounts of hiking journeys, bicycle rides and kayaking on the many beautiful rivers. We look forward to coming back!

great time
Owner was exceptionally available for questions and made the experience great. The condo was nice, clean and was secure. Loved not to have keys but rather two doors with number codes, made it easier. Access to the mountain was good although you would have to call for special stop for the shuttle bus to come to this complex. Was only a 9 minute drive to mt ellen making things quite easy despite that. Comfortable and nice atmosphere....would recommend!!
