Nice place

The house was nice and people seemed nice to work with. The pool heater didn’t work. I had checked prior to booking on it and was told it did. I am assuming this is something be repaired for future guests or removed as an amenity from the listing. We selected the house specifically for that reason and templates

House was clean. Did find cockroaches and pool was extra charge, did not know up front. Did ask to heat pool but did not work. Great location.

Nice clean house

The house was nice and clean, the neighbourhood feels very safe and is quiet. The pool area is nice. The only problem is that the house is not stocked with the little things that really help. There was only 1 tab for the dishwasher, no dish soap, no garbage bags, no coffee filters, no salt,pepper, or sugar, no laundry detergent. It is a big expense and inconvenience to go out and buy all this stuff. We regularly rent vacation homes and this is the 1st place that did not come stocked with these small but useful items. Other than that, I would still definitely recommend this house.

1. Bedbugs in every single room 2. they didn’t even pick up the calls when I had an emergency. I couldn’t get into the house and called them numerous times and they didn’t even call back, 911 saved the day. 3. Left on the third day of a week vacation stay. My youngest had to stay in my cousins house for the second day. And we all took off on the third day to stay in a hotel. Airbnb didn’t care! Out of thousands of dollars I had to paid for the whole stay I only got $400 back. If you are looking for something that is worth it don’t stay here.

Was nice until power went out

The good: House is nice, private pool, close to highway, lots of home amenities like dishes and pots and pans that I was not expecting. House just felt like a nice home. The bad: Cant lower ac below 74 degrees and there are no ceiling fans, we bought a couple box fans from the dollar store for sleeping and it was fine. Also the power went out at 1030 in the morning 4 days into week long stay and never came back on. Never got a straight answer as to why, either way it doesn't really matter as vacasa moved us to a much worse place. Vacasa customer service gets a -5 rating, if something goes wrong I hope you have plenty of time to be proactive and make a lot of phone calls because no one cares. Expect ignored phone calls and severe lack of communication.

Pretty Good Property

We have stayed at this property 2 times, once 8 yrs ago and once recently, the property could use some updating with furniture, better pool chairs, a full functioning stove with all burners that work ect. 8 yrs prior this property was a 5 star review. overall the property is nice, in a quiet neighborhood, and easily accessible from the main highway. 3 complaints; 1. we had to fix the dryer port outside the house...it was stuck closed and full of lint and wouldnt dry clothes...spent about 20-30 min fixing that port cleaning it out ect...then worked great(dont expect to go on vacation and fix other peoples homes though) 2. The flush handle on the front bathroom was broken upon arrival, notified property management, never fixed our entire 7 day stay so had to flush stool from inside by pulling chain(again not a deal breaker, and seriously this is like a 10 min fix and a cheap part should have been fixed during our stay i did send pictures as requested). 3. One of the stove burners did not work, not a deal breaker here either but appears by a recent review a couple mos ago was also broken, this needs to be fixed or replaced. Overall again not a bad property and had a good stay but for the price charged for a week would expect the things listed to not be an issue.

Renting a house

Our overall experience was good. It would be nice to have lounge chairs by the pool and a grill. Garage was full of junk.

Great value

The layout, the separation of bedrooms made it perfect for two families,the space, the location provided multiple convenience depending on where you were going- the parks or in our case the ballparks. Quiet neighborhood.

The property was just as reported. No surprises. All good. Twin beds were passable, but not the most comfortable. All else very good!

Dirty and dated to say the least.

Upon arrival noticed properties trash had not been removed for what seems weeks. Placed trash cans by road as expected no pick up came. Recycling bin was half full. Previous guests left amazon boxes by trash the rain made them into a wet mess. Upon entry noticed living room furniture was old and even broken under the cushions. Property needs serious updating. Beds where old and coverings seemed dirty specially the kids rooms. We stayed because we had to. Won't be renting this property ever again.

It was horrible

I called six different times trying to receive help from this office. I talked with customer service and management. Nothing was done. The room had ant... bathroom bedroom kitchen. The light didn't work in one of the bedrooms. The TV in the living room remote didn't work. One of the front stove aisle didn't work. The worst thing was the living room tv where everyone could meet up. I called my second day. Didn't get any service from this company. All I got was someone is going to call you. I never received one call from anyone and no help at all. I want use this site for vacation anymore! The people that went with me very very much displeased. The sad thing was that I called for service six times got NO help. But 30 mins (9:30a.m.) before checking out the clean-up people were waiting for us to leave. It's ashame!!!!!

Poor stay

Where do I even begin with this stay. It was awful. Dishes were dirty, the master bathroom had a hole in the wall where the toilet paper holder was supposed to be, master bed was broken and slanted, there were bugs in the second bathroom!! As a matter of fact, there were NATS everywhere! I called numerous times to have the matter resolved and all they said was maintenance would come out. No maintenance came to fumigate. The bugs crawled on the bed and now I’m bitten all over my body. Im highly allergic to insects! The second bathroom sink was rusted as well. Lastly, the kitchen sink was leaking. This is such a poor place and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The lack of communication with this property was outrageous. I better get compensated for sleeping in filth and having been eaten up.

House is ok

I think either the owner or a friend stays near, because somebody kept coming on the property without notice or permission to do things to the outside of the house, like clean the pool and bring in the trash cans. It’s extra creepy because not all of the windows blinds would close all the way. The house itself isn’t bad, outdated but great layout and pool. But I wouldn’t rent again because I don’t know when or what that person is doing. We left the house for hours at a time, they felt comfortable enough to come into the screened in pool area with our car in the drive way, what about when my car isn’t there?

PROPIEDAD ESPACIOSA

Casa amplia, 4 dormitorios que nos ayudo perfectamente en lo que necesitábamos, muchos implementos para cocinar. Un poco alejada pero prefiero eso por la tranquilidad, si se hicieran algunas mejoras (mantenimientos) estaría perfecta.

Two hours late to hand over the house trash was full one of the blinds was broken the the ac stoped working for 3-4 days it was really hot in the house called and they didn't fixed it at all so we had to go stay some were else bad vacations ever.......

The stay was great!

It started out in the first hours rough due to television problems. The master bedroom bed was sort of worn but i.hot used to it on the 2nd night. Electricity went out without there being bad weather. I called for assistance and someone was out in an hour but lights come back on before they showed up, but he was able to fix the television. We didn't have buy 2 bath cloths and never received anymore after I called. We went out and purchased some. Other than that overall the stay was great and relaxing. The pool was very nice. The house was very roomy.

Great house in a quiet community

Convenient to food and shopping.

Everything worked well and was clean. The furniture is a bit worn but comfortable. Pool was important to us and it was in very good clean shape. Neighbor in back had a short hissy fit with not great language but only once.

Good enough

We enjoyed our stay but spent most of our time in amusement parks. Upgrades could improve this property a bunch. Couch is terribly uncomfortable. Tiny TVs in rooms, pots to cook with are bad, needs a kerrig coffee maker, new and not plastic blinds, and I really think the beds and mattresses were horrible. It wouldn't take a lot of money to bring this place up to a more desirable place.
