Waterfront brick home with stunning water views through full size windows from lounge, kitchen and master bedroom and new bathroom.

Please note: The rental as quoted is for the two bedroom main house. There is a small additional fee is you would like to also use the cabin.

Quiet private location just 50 meters onto the Callala Bay beach. This beach is approximately two km long and backs onto the beautiful bush of Jervis Bay National Park.

The house is 150 meters from a boat ramp and a wharf that is great for fishing, and with its own resident pelicans. It is close to rock pools, walks, bike tracks and is a three minute drive to shops which include IGA, chemist, butcher, bakery, restaurants etc.

There are two double bedrooms and a large bathroom in the main house.

The third bedroom is in separate cabin with 2+2 bunks, its own TV, DVD and room to relax. It is perfect for older children. A separate small bathroom for the cabin is attached to the main house.

Perfect for one family, or two families to share.

Maximum occupancy is 6 adults and four children.

Gas BBQ and outdoor setting.

Full well equipped kitchen with new stove, dishwasher, microwave and full size fridge.
Washing machine, dryer.
TV with Google Chromecast and DVD in main house, separate TV & DVD in cabin. There is an extensive DVD library.

This is a completely smoke-free and pet-free property.

Please note: Linen (sheets, pillowslips, doona covers, towels and tea-towels) is NOT provided but we can provide information on a local supply company. All beds have pillows and doonas.

A one off cleaning fee applies to all bookings.

For your added security, this property is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts.

Holiday Bliss Waterfront

Very nice house!

The house is very comfortable. Clean and modern, with beautiful water views. The path in front of the house towards Huskinsson goes on forever and it's perfect to ride a bike or to go for a long walk. Towards the other side goes onto the beach and you can have a lovely long walk on the sand! It's a great place for people with small children as it is a very quiet area and kids can easily ride their bikes. We enjoyed our stay even though it was in the middle of winter, there were enough heaters and blankets to keep us warm..

Wonderful!

We absolutely loved our stay here!! So relaxed!! The owner was so helpful, great to communicate with, flexible with times. They even sent the lawns guy around on the Saturday morning as they felt the grass was a bit long and they wanted us to have nice lawns. Extremely thoughtful. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home.

Holiday Heaven!

A beautiful home with beautiful views. The owner was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Waking up each morning to such a stunning view was amazing! House was very neat and tidy with plenty of room for the kids. Loved it! We will be back!
