Sea Break is a renovated, open plan, beach house which has been tastefully furnished throughout and offers 3 bedrooms, polished floor boards, and a large functional kitchen with dishwasher. Sea Break also boasts a large, fully fenced, backyard with plenty of room for the kids to play plus a sheltered BBQ and dining area.

Sea Break is ideal for an extended family holiday or for a relaxing weekend, with the white sands of Callala Beach only a short 230m walk around the corner.

Linen is NOT provided, therefore you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. Pillows and quilts with covers are supplied for all beds. Extra blankets are also available. BYO beach towels. Basic kitchen and hand towels are provided.

We offer complimentary Wi-Fi access for our guests. While we find our NBN connection to be more than adequate, the reliability of this service is out of our control (just like everyone else's internet!) and we cannot be held accountable for any service issues.

LOCATION
Sea Break is located at Callala Beach on the northern shores of Jervis Bay, renowned for its white sand, pristine waters and resident pod of dolphins, and just a 2-3 hour drive from Sydney and Canberra.

Grab some of our beach gear and hit the pristine waters of Callala Beach. Alternatively explore the many bush tracks or take a day trip and visit the historical townships of Berry and Kangaroo Valley, just a 45 minute drive away, the perfect spot to find antiques and collectables.

Sea Break is also walking distance (350m) to the local club and 18 hole golf course. On weekends and holidays, there is the option to take a ferry to Huskisson (from nearby Myola).

Pets are not permitted.

Sea Break is not suitable for party groups or schoolies. Our neighbours are also our friends and we respect their right to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies.

There is a cleaning fee of $150 per stay.

Please note: Sea Break is fitted with one outdoor security camera located in the carport with a view of the driveway. If you have any concerns please contact the owner.
